I am writing to express my deep disappointment with my recent experience at your Burger King. Unfortunately, my visit was marred by a number of issues that significantly impacted my overall satisfaction.
Upon arriving at the restaurant early in the morning, I was disheartened to observe a greasy and dirty environment. Additionally, a senior employee was seen sitting and eating, appearing obese, and engaging in conversation that seemed more focused on complaining about their work than providing quality service.
Furthermore, the ice machine was completely empty, forcing us to repeatedly request additional ice. This inconvenience significantly disrupted our dining experience and the experience of an elderly couple who were next.
It is disheartening to note that this is not the first time I have encountered such problems at your restaurant. In the past, I have experienced consistently incorrect orders, employees who appeared to be under the influence, and unsanitary restaurant conditions.
My family and I have always enjoyed visiting your restaurant, but due to the recurring issues, we wont be returning. I hope that you will take these concerns seriously and implement necessary changes to ensure that future customers have a positive dining experience.

I've had problems at this Burger King in Escanaba Mi EVERY time I've gone there. The whopper was cold and a mess, as if a kindergarten child made it. It was mostly dry with very few condiments and toppings. It's supposed to have lettuce but I don't think there was any on it. The tomato slice was terrible. The fries should have been cooked a little longer. The chocolate shake was half melted when I got it. From what I could see through the drive through window, there was only ONE person working both the eat inside counters and the drive through window and taking orders. Ridiculous! I can't do the online survey because the information needed for the survey is NOT on the receipt! From now on I'll be going elsewhere or eating at home!    Read moreMaggie and her fellow associates stood around chit chatting while she ordered her meal. It lasted all of what seemed like ten minutes. Another customer and I stood waiting to order. I ask if I could have my burger off the broiler to make sure mind was nice and hot. I ordered a #1 whopper meal with onion rings to go. I noticed the onion rings were already waiting. Anyhow When my order came up I proceeded to leave. When I heard all this laughter. I'm surprised anyone eats there. Just a bunch of young children running the restaurant. Like a teenage hang out.
