very good!! free wifi, although i was only able to find one table (two seats) with access to an outlet so bring a charged laptop before you come if you are planning to work. london fog latte is great hot or iced, very pretty and good for photos. more of a “sweet” and “treat-like” drink. the matcha latte is very earthy and great if you love matcha and really want that matcha flavor. they do not add too much ice. i also lovee the chia pudding, good texture and the agave is on the side so you can adjust your sweetness (i poured it on before taking the photo). i also tried the chocolate banana bread after seeing some reviews about it and it is very good and not too dry. staff is very nice and drinks come out fast. variety of seating options including couches. the playlist depends on who is working so its not repetitive. the bathroom is clean (the ceiling is decorated!) and is single stall with no code. they do close at 1pm so come in...

I was looking forward to a relaxing coffee break at S3, a place I hadn't visited in a while. I ordered a breve honey latte and banana bread. While waiting for my drink, I noticed the barista, Rob, using honey syrup instead of real honey. I politely requested real honey, but his response was quite hostile.

When I started reading the ingredients, I realized I didn't want the syrup in my drink. Rob's frustration grew, and he snatched the bottle from my hand, slamming the drink on the counter without a word.

I was truly disappointed with this experience. I expected better customer service from a place like S3. The young staff seemed unable to listen to customer concerns and instead responded with a negative attitude.

Id like to start by saying I came in 9min before closing and im very sorry!!! Despite that the barista inside still waved me in with a smile and that alone let me know they had an awesome staff.

The person who took my order recomended some great options and i opted for the Vietnamese cold brew. As i waited for my order I took a seat and looked around and coud help but notice how nice and elegant it looked and certainly somewhere I can bring my laptop and do some light work.

I grabbed my order and took one sip... it was AMAZING. I love cold brew and this is definitly one of my new favorites. I will be coming back to try the regular cold brew and ill be sure to bring some friends! lastly if you are wondering why I wrote so much I blame the coffee...
