Surf City Squeeze — Restaurant in Escondido

I went there about a month and a half ago and had a terrible experience.It was my 2nd time getting a mango smoothie w boba here.Never have i ever seen my boba harden and turn white in my life. I expressed my opinion to an employer and he explained the reasoning, however the manger(i’m assuming) asked what the problem was and i explained myself again and she instantly became EXTREMELY rude. She said “sorry i can’t do anything about it” i told her it hasn’t even been 20 mins since i got my boba and she told me i “had to drink it fast” if i didn’t want it to harden. LOL WHAT??? this is not my first time ordering boba. The manger was obnoxiously RUDE. My mom then got involved and cursed her out afterward and she rudely told her employee to make me a new smoothie after my mom said she wanted a refund. Terrible place to buy boba....

I ordered the Power Pump Large, I specifically asked for no milk or whey protein, I was assured that he was putting Lactose free milk in my Green Smoothie, I'm so Freaking sorry I drank it, my gut is in so much pain 😢 because of the milk base smoothie I am so sick and not tolerating the milk products that my Smoothie was made with.
