Fatburger & Buffalo's Express — Restaurant in Espanola

I like Fatburger, and was really excited to hear one was opening in Espanola. I popped in tonight for an order of hot boneless wings and waited almost an hour. Unbelievable.

I wasn't told there were any issues till about 25-30 minutes in, and they couldn't give me an estimate of when the order would be ready. Got home and chowed down to be pretty disappointed at the spice of "hot." I called to share this experience to help them improve, but their phone seems to be off the hook/ringing busy.

Not impressed. Two and a half stars if I'm honest. Probably gonna go to Freddy's and skip winging it again...

Was quoted 15-20 minutes for wings and 2 orders of fries. Waited 45 minutes. Was given an apology for the wait. When checking the bag no ranch was given. Was hassled for asking about ranch for 24 wings. I was given 1 ranch and told they only give so many for each order. Super rude staff for waiting so long. Everyone else in line after me got their orders and left before i got my order. Poor customer service. Food not that great in the end. Too bad when there is no where else...

I ordered the original with the meal combo. I liked the option to get sweet potato fries. The burger itself was amazing. I got the works with Swiss cheese and the burger was made to perfection. It was a good size. It was also presented nicely and I was able to eat it with one hand on the go. The only thing I didn't care for was the pickle relish. I thought it was too sweet for a burger, but overall it was...
