The food here is great and was not a problem; what was a problem was the service from this place. We ordered delivery, and the restaurant forgot to put in one of our items in the delivery bag (order of Butter Chicken). When we realized it was missing, we called to let them know and to see if we could go pick it up from. They proceeded to tell me that I was wrong and the item was in my bag. I assured them that it was not, and I wanted to either pick up a new order or have them refund my card for this item since it was a $17 item. The person on the phone then abruptly hung up on me. I still have not received a refund or any type of compensation for this, and I honestly will not order from here again due to this negligence and lack of basic customer service, because I feel I was robbed. I will definitely be sharing this experience with others, so be wary if you order delivery from this location. I don't do too many reviews & I've had a few things at this place. It's all been average, except the chicken fried rice. I ordered chicken fried rice a couple of weeks ago, the chicken was overcooked & a little burnt & I thought maybe cause it was near closing time. Well I ordered again this past weekend 3 orders of chicken fried rice, 3pm in the evening. Although it was not burnt, it was very hard & almost looked like wood. I would have called to complain, but since this has happened 2 times back to back, I feel they know what they are serving & evidently don't care. You can see the chicken on the picture for yourself. I was so disappointed to see Red Panda was not open but was thrilled when I saw the new place had kept my favorites and added so many new things to the menu. The chicken and the lamb seekh kababs are excellent and the onion bhaji is so good! I think this place has the best garlic naan around. I somehow found myself loving the rice pudding too! The flavors of everything were spot on. The new menu is perfect so if kids want tenders & fries and parents don't, there is something for everyone. I'm definitely staying a regular.
