I would like to preface that i’ve been coming here for awhile now. These past few times I have gone they have only included my noodles and bean sprouts. Which, if you know pho, you know it comes with a lot more inclusions than that. I have had their thai iced tea before and wasn’t impressed, it is very watered down and just nothing special . Their boba is ok, nothing special as well. I asked my mom to pick up our food and specifically asked for her to make sure everything is included. She asked to make sure I had jalapeños along with all the other fixings in it. The lady working there’s response was “it sounds like your daughter knows her pho”, so if i didn’t would they short me of everything? Well, today i got my answer and it was yes, they will. The food itself is really good, i don’t want to discredit that. But, you cannot just half a** on some customers if you assume they don’t know what they’re talking about. I think this business just needs to sort some things out, and they will be on. Flavor is good, they have...
Read moreWe went there recently for the first time and will go back for the great food. The veggies are really fresh and tender crisp. The atmosphere is very clean but some areas within sight are cluttered and piled high. (put up some curtains, de-clutter or move the stuff.) The woman who ?served? us was obviously not interested in working or being a pleasant waitress. She sat by the cash register and combed her eyelashes, adjusted her makeup for about 10 minutes and flicked her hair. Her cell phone was a constant. To top things off, I asked her some basics between the yellow, red and green curries. She said she didn't have a clue and HATED curry. Plus, she could not get an answer to our questions from anyone. Two other customers left after their meal and as they walked out said good-by and thanked them for a great meal. This waitress didn't even acknowledge them to return the pleasantries, although clearly she was very close by and could hear them. But I have to admit, those veggies were fresh and...
Read moreI wish I could agree with others who had good experiences. It took me 45 minutes to get and eat a couple of good imperial rolls, and some inferior pho, even though the restaurant was virtually empty. I finally gave up on waiting for service and went up to the counter to order, and after they delivered the pho no one came to check to see if it was OK. It wasn’t. instead of the proper herbs a few torn lettuce leaves were floating in it. The only condiments provided were bean sprouts and lime, which is fine but not enough. I expected herbs at the least. The proportion of noodles seemed excessive to me. I’ve eaten this dish many times in other area, restaurants, and been very pleased with it. This experience cost me $23 so I can’t even agree that the food was very...
