KFC — Restaurant in Essex Junction

Went inside tonight, the lady behind the counter was busy cleaning (or something) as she was bent over facing the wall and food prep counter. I stood there about 3 or 4 minutes, a lady from the back came out and took my order. I stepped back to the barrier to the dining room and waited. The employee that was bent over went over to the trash cabinet by the register and propped herself up against it. She looked like she wasn’t feeling good and I thought maybe her back was hurting. A couple of minutes go by and another customer came in. This employee helped her, got her food ready then asked me if I needed something. I told her I had ordered already, she asked for my reciept which I was not given one I told her I didn’t have one then told her what I ordered. The woman who came in after I was there was going through her order and found numerous things wrong and she asked a male employee to help get it right. My order was put together and due to the way this employee was behaving I went through to ensure it was right - it wasn’t! An extra order of potato wedges were in the bag, a mac & cheese I did not order was in there as was 10 cookies! I took them out and gave them back. I did not stick around to see what she did with these items but I pray she did not put them back to be given to someone ele. Oh I failed to mention at no time did this employee wash her hands and she was not wearing any gloves! I hope she...

Went to the kfc in Essex Jct.. Went through the drive through. Bucket of chicken with two large sides. The chicken looks absolutely disgusting. Would you eat it?? Dry and just not healthy looking. I didn't eat it. My other order was nuggets and potatoes. With this order I had asked for the potato wedges. When I received the entire order. The only thing wrong about the second order I had to walk in and return my wedges because they were hard as a break. They said it would take 15 minutes. I already had my order. Who wants to wait 15 minutes on potato wedges?? So I called and spoke to the manager Kaylee. I explained myself. It's like she didn't care. I told her I wanted something done. A refund or whatever. I told her the chicken looked nasty. She kept telling me to call the corporation. So I called and reported the whole situation. I'm still waiting to hear back. I think kfc sucks. Especially spending $39.00. And basically through it out. VT Unexceptable, customer service very poor. Another lady was there too she wasn't to happy she had to wait for her potato wedges either. Being a fast food place you should always have back to food. I don't eat McDonald's or burger King, but at least I can say they have...

I arrived at the Essex Junction KFC. I drive all the way there from Burlington. I get to the register and the young girl behind the counter was very rude. We were about to ask a few questions on the meals when she said, well just so you know, there isn't much of anything left. We asked about the chicken littles, chicken tenders, popcorn chicken. . . She told us they were out of all of it because they close soon. I would normally understand, but being I arrived there at 9:00pm, there was a whole hour left to serve customers. The way she reacted with her customers was very very rude. We then asked, Ok...what is there left for food. She said there was no potato wedges, corn, mashed potatoes. She said, we have a few pieces of original chicken. I will NEVER go back. What a waste of my time, my husbands time, and my gas money to travel there for nothing. How can a business claim to be open from 10:30am until 10:00pm but have no food left for 9:00pm? Very upset and I will tell everyone I know. I work right down the road and we often would choose KFC for lunch. Never again! I will be contacting high up management and corporate. This isn't the first incident I've experienced with this...
