Arby's — Restaurant in Euclid

Literally the worst Arby's ever. And I speak on this as a former Arby's employee and customer. Also has an active Uber Eats Driver.

My review is based off multiple experiences with this horrible location.

They refuse to make Uber orders. Multiple times I have been here and waited upwards 20 mins to be told they don't do Uber. Or "Cancel your order"

I once came through here and had a horrible experience. I was refunded and given a card for a free meal.

The replacement meal was messed up as a whole. And AGAIN... Was treated rudely.

I hate to be THAT GUY.... But I worked for Arby's before.... And this isn't the standard I was taught.

Multiple times through as a customer, and a delivery driver have yielded me the assumption that this location is by far the worst in the region. You guys should really do something about...

I will never go back to this Arby’s location again everyone in there is so rude and I don’t understand why including the manager is the rudest one you would think after they made you wait 30 minutes for your food they would get it right well guess again my whole order was messed up and when I said something about it for the whole staff try to intimidate me to the point where I didn’t even want any more food I just wanted a refund and they refuse to give me a refund or my food back so I’m out of 12 bucks and a meal I started to call the cops but I said you know what I just want to get out of here as fast as possible please please please save your money and go someplace else but not the Taco Bell next-door they just as bad thanks hope everyone...

Terrible service, the staff did their job but with complete disregard for all customers. When approached and asked for a soda lid (because they were out), Charlize Gibson continued walking towards the elderly man without even stopping causing him to have to walk backwards so he didn't fall over. She then yelled to the back "small lid!" Without even addressing or looking at him and walked past. Also the people in the back bickered about who would get the lid.

Edit: Also there was ketchup in the Arby's sauce dispenser.

Edit: Now she just referred to someone in the drive-through publicly in the dining room as "dat Hawaiian b*tch" when an order was called to the dining room...
