I'd be surprised if they stayed in business past next June. First order ever they gave me someone else's order...credited us for the food we didn't receive. I order a pizza every week...usually from the location in Willoughby and they are always on the ball. But since arriving in my neighborhood, thought I'd try this location. Next order I racked up enough points to get my free medium and ordered online like I always do... Get to the store and there's a raucous in line ahead of my husband so he just wanted to get out of there asap. ( Other angry dissatisfied customers) Instead of getting a free pizza and our order from the previous screw up...we were charged $23 and told we couldn't get the free pizza and side order without a manager because he's new and doesn't know how to do that. What?! It says on the box $8.99. That's what we should have been charged and then a credit for $4.74 for the side order taken off the $8.99 And where was the manager exactly? All the while our pizza was sitting on the counter getting cold (it wasn't under the heat lamp)before my husband even got through the line to pick up the pizza. Fast forward to next week we call to resolve this and get out actual free pizza and side... Phone rings. "This is Domino's and we're currently closed." Excuse me? Says right here you close at 10. Its 9:30. A bunch of banter in the background like he didn't know what time it was and what time they close... Seriously? Had to talk with two managers and basically argue with the last one to get this right. Treated us like pizza theives... NEVER AGAIN! I will gulp down a disgusting frozen pizza than deal with the incompetence of this franchise ever again.
BTW..the guy that overcharged us last week did remember overcharging my husband when he saw him this week. Wonder where...
Read moreFriendly staff. Pizza used to be consistently better than the other location we used to frequent. Read my edit below. EDIT 12/2/2018: About a month ago, I had an absolutely terrible experience with an online order for pickup (super late, even though I was told by the app it was ready, and once I got it home it was wrong), and after complaining online, I was contacted by Tina, the general manager. She apologized and sighted her community involvement and was eager to give a generous credit for my inconvenience and inaccurate order. A week later, I called my order in and used a portion of my credit toward my order. This order was just fine, no problems. Last night I decided to skip using my remaining credit and used the app to order 4 large pizzas 1 hour in advance for pickup. I arrived 5 minutes past the time I stated I'd be arriving and still had to wait 10 minutes to receive my order, only to get home and realize that one of the pizzas was incorrect again (an ultimate pepperoni which had NO pepperoni on it). I called and asked to speak specifically to Tina who advised she'd make me a new one right away and to come up and get it. I did and arrived home nearly 30 minutes later to the rest of the family having 3 pizzas that have now sat for over an hour and 1 pizza that is fresh (and finally accurate). I was more than willing to give Euclid Domino's the benefit of the doubt the first time, but to completely drop the ball twice on 3 visits is just unacceptable. I doubt I will be using the remainder of my credit or revisit this location any time soon. I like to actually have my food READY and RIGHT when I'm told it will be. Its one thing to "talk the talk", it is quite another to "walk the walk" and I believe that this location is all talk and no...
Read moreI ordered online, wings, breadsticks and pizza. The delivery came writhin 20 minutes. The food was hot. The breadsticks are okay while the wings taste processed not like real chicken. However the service was horrible. The driver called me to let me know she was there. Once I got to the lobby she was standing in front of the door blocking others from coming in. Soon as I made her aware it was myself she went on to mention a tip without even greeting me the tip was the ultimate motivation assumingly. I let her know I didn’t appreciate her pressuring me or asking for a tip which a tip should be optional and wanting to be given. I actually was going to tip in cash until she mentioned it but I did give one still via the receipt. She cried and said she never has a problem asking for a tip. I called the store and the manager attempted to give me a story of how she’s trying to do her job and she’s new and etc. although I understand he was missing the entire point. I was also made aware that this is this stores practice to pressure and ask customers for tips to compensate their pay and that is very much not acceptable. I told the manager I would write corporate and he was ok with that and we ended the call. I typically don’t eat fast food or pizza but it’s NYE! Never...
