Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Euclid

my review is about the store at 22674 Shore Center Drive Euclid OH 44123

I have ordered pizza from here several times and believe me, the ONLY reason why I do so is because they're the only ones nearby who are cheap. And boy do they deserve a cheap price.

9/10 times my order is wrong. 10/10 times my order is over half an hour late. They're 15 minutes from my house but I never ever receive my pizza before an hour after ordering. It's always an hour and 15 or an hour and a half later before getting my pizza. These are NOT custom orders. They're quick simple orders that should already be premade as most are in these kinds of places. Even so it takes me 20 minutes to cook a pizza at home. So it shouldn't take them more than 35 minutes to get me my pizza.

And since i'm ordering a 2Lt of soda and a plain pepporoni pizza I shouldn't be getting the wrong pizza and missing my soda. This has been a consistent problem over the past 6 months and if they get my order wrong ONE MORE TIME i'll be boycotting little caesars and pay the extra money at another pizza place just to get what I fricken ordered. If you can, order from anywhere else but THIS little caesars. It's not worth the price if they're not gonna deliver everything you ordered and get your order wrong at the same time.

The drivers are friendly though. Always nice and apologetic. But why are they always so...

NOT n' Ready What makes Little Caesars worth it is having orders ready when you show up, especially when ordering online. This location never has pizzas ready, and no matter how much extra time you allow online orders are never ready when you show up. Better to drive to the Vine Street location and have a much better experience in the same time it would take you to wait to get your order.

Today I placed an online order at 4:19 pm. Set the pickup time at 4:45 pm. Arrived at 4:55 pm (figured they would need extra time). Was told it would be 15 more minutes before my order would be ready!

I especially appreciated the employee who stood cluelessly on her phone while there were 6 or 8 customers all waiting for their orders. Nice!

The manager should be embarrassed by the performance of this store. I suspect that they don't really care - their employees...

This is the second time that I’ve purchased a pizza from this location that appears as if it was made by a kindergartener. The first time I let it slide. The second time I requested a refund. Unfortunately, the teenagers who were working that day couldn’t give a refund without the approval of a manager. The cashier did FaceTime the owner, who asked me to write down my information and he would process my refund the next day — stating that he didn’t need my $7. Well bro, apparently you did. It’s been over a week and I never got the pizza or the refund. I’m all for hiring teens and giving opportunities, but a lack of training, work ethic, and customer service was very apparent. You may want to order from a different location or place all together on Friday...
