DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. GO TO REGAL CINEMA I TRIED to view the 3:45 FORD V. FERRARI. I had stamped card for a free movie but the person who took my card didn't know how to ring it up. (Poor training of staff). She just tells me to go to theater #.
In the middle of the ,movie the light go on and off REPEATEDLY. Then an employee comes in to tell me there's a church group at 5:00. INTERRUPTING THE MOVIE AGAIN. (Poor management. DO NO OFFER A 3:45 SHOWING if the movie won't be over by 5:00) Oh, wonder if folks who want to purchase a ticket for the advertised 6:45 showing will be turned away? Again, if you have an event booked WHY ARE YOU ADVERTISING SHOWINGS FOR MOVIES at 3:45 and 6:45.
THEN THE MOVIE SHUTS OFF so I head up the ramp and walk pass a group of people waiting to get in . I'm told the "manager" will be out to talk to me (translation. The manager will wait in his office and hope that I just leave). Now it's 5:44, the next showing is 6:45. I didn't want to wait to watch the movie from the beginning ....AGAIN. I came to the 3:45 showing so I could get out and go on with the rest of my day.
After stalling and being told that (maybe they would show it in theater 5) the "manager" comes out with coupons and passes and I am in the parking lot writing a review while this is fresh in my memory.
To the manager. TIME Management is key. You kick out one person because the church group is probably paying more. But BAD WORD OF MOUTH can cost a business and I will share this experience. SECOND..have written instructions for staff if someone comes in with a card for a free movie ticket. Third. Don't avoid the customer. Letting someone wait after being kicked out just makes the situation worse.

Read moreI really appreciate the 5.00 price on Mondays. My only concerns are allowing minor children to come without supervision. The children were running in and out of the movie Spiderman making it difficult to watch the show. The children were loud and disruptive finally the policeman was called to ask some children to leave the movie. I think restrictions should be implement were minors under the age of 14 years of age can't come without an adult. Atlas Cinemas Lakeshore 7 is a wonderful place for entertainment and Spiderman was an excellent movie. The staff and security policeman was great. I think evaluations and or procedures for Monday's need to be addressed. Overall a great place for family with affordable entertainment on Monday's. Thank you for a...
Read moreRestroom area is very clean and the refreshments at the snack counter are hot and fresh. Love the nachos, popcorn, and fruit punch juice. However, I have to subtract a star because the theater area I was in wasn't very clean. Trash was underneath the seats and the floors were sticky. Management needs to make sure their employees are doing a better job at cleaning. That aside, the staff are very friendly and welcoming.
This is a very cheap place to see the movies and I mean that in the best way possible! Great discounts offered for my senior grandmother and the concessions are less expensive than past theaters I've went to. Also is right near multiple bus lines and not far from my home for...
