I bought an Indians World Series hat yesterday (10/25), unknowingly that my husband had already purchased one. Upon reading the exchange policy on my receipt today (10/26), it says only same day exchanges. No one has worn the hat at it still has all stickers and tags intact. I called and spoke with someone, I assume is an associate, who told me that he couldn't do anything for me! I spent $41.03 on a hat that can't be worn. I asked if I could exchange, only for him to tell me about some"law" that even the producers of the hat enforce because of sanitary reasons. Very dissatisfied with the return policy and service. Update: I got into contact with the owner and he was very helpful and let me exchange the shoes for a bigger size. The transaction went smoothly and I was in and out. The store was nice and clean smell good the sales associate was very helpful to will be going back to buy more...
