I've basically furnished my whole house with this company, and out of the 2 sofas I have the recliners on both messed up and they don't seem to honor their own warranty. They send their people to try to repair it but when that doesn't last you're stuck paying on a faulty item. How come I can't get my item replaced or properly repaired through the warranty i pay for monthly? They have nice things to the eye, but the quality isn't there. Other than that they have good customer service and delivery is fast. If you need something right away you can usually get delivery next day... I would recommend, but I don't recommend any sofas...

Read moreI payed every month on my living room set and the manager and some lady that answers the phone kept trying to charge me even after my contract was paid up. I owed 140 and they kept trying to take from my bank 250 so I gave nothing. I would’ve gave the remainder of the balance which is 140$ but not now after they pull that trick and even for Christmas I owed 80 bucks on my bill and needed a week n half to pay it and was more than half paid up and they wanted me to surrender my furnitre lol. If your elderly or have grandparents that rent from them please watch what and how much they paid and pay...
