Eagle Rental Purchase — Local services in Euclid

I've basically furnished my whole house with this company, and out of the 2 sofas I have the recliners on both messed up and they don't seem to honor their own warranty. They send their people to try to repair it but when that doesn't last you're stuck paying on a faulty item. How come I can't get my item replaced or properly repaired through the warranty i pay for monthly? They have nice things to the eye, but the quality isn't there. Other than that they have good customer service and delivery is fast. If you need something right away you can usually get delivery next day... I would recommend, but I don't recommend any sofas...

I have been with this store for maybe 2yrs now , 1st great team Dale store manager , Ken, Bri, Dez, Don,Rell,oh yeah Gary , they always make sure in am good car trouble they come clear across town to get it for me, they always there to help, I also want to add I had a big ,big move today they got it done in a hour in a half , and they dont have to move you thats the thing.This is one store I can say they take care of there ppl , with the littlest thing even , thank guys for the help today and the service you'll provide on a everyday basic , Thanks Dale and my account manager Ken &Dez for looking...

I payed every month on my living room set and the manager and some lady that answers the phone kept trying to charge me even after my contract was paid up. I owed 140 and they kept trying to take from my bank 250 so I gave nothing. I would’ve gave the remainder of the balance which is 140$ but not now after they pull that trick and even for Christmas I owed 80 bucks on my bill and needed a week n half to pay it and was more than half paid up and they wanted me to surrender my furnitre lol. If your elderly or have grandparents that rent from them please watch what and how much they paid and pay...
