Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Euclid

As a long time Jimmy Johns rewards member I was not satisfied with the poor service I received at this location on 11/1/25. Upon walking in I was not greeted by staff & as I began looking at the menu multiple team members who were making sandwiches yelled out how they were out of certain meat for several sandwiches stating that it would be a wait yet they never could give a estimated time the meat would be ready instead they said somone was slicing it. The manager on duty is very unsanitary & has bad food handling safety practices so be warned. The manager kept using the same gloves to wipe his nose, rub his head, and fix his glasses as he was preparing customer sandwiches and when I asked him to change his gloves he refused whereas the gentleman next him gladly changed his. Even though this is a brand new store the sandwiches I received today were sloppy, the meat was sticking out of the sandwich awkwardly not evenly distributed across the bread because the manager put the veggies on first and the meat last. Not to mention the sandwich bread tasted stale as if it was not fresh. My biggest complaints were how unsanitary the staff was being with mishandling gloves and products that could make customers sick. At one point while waiting for my order I noticed meat sitting out for who knows how long that was pre-sliced with no team member insight then when I was leaving a lady comes out the back with gloves to prep the meat. My sandwich was not enjoyable and did not live up to the high standards I expect from Jimmy John's. I was really looking forward to trying out the new location but the manager on duty today really has some bad food handling habits & was not friendly so I will not...

i went in here today to get a number #6 and im honestly disappointed with how it turned out. for one the bread was too hard, i’ve been a jj employee and making bread is literally the easiest thing to do… even making an sandwich. not only did i order extra oil and orengo i can barely taste it and its like they don’t know how to make the oil the correct way. , my sandwich wasn’t cut and it was just a dry mess. i understand new employees needing to learn but it ain’t hard to make a deli sandwich...

Every time I go in there I have the best service ever. The food and the sandwich is delicious. I can't wait to get my ham and cheese sandwich on that regret and some good peanuts. I can't wait to get there. I hope they open today cuz I've been waiting on that store to open for a long time since they start feeling it. I'll be there real soon to get my sandwich.
