Avoid this location at all costs. The staff is extremely rude in management is no help. I went through the drive-through two order a food and I used a coupon code in the app. If you are familiar with the app if you type in your ZIP Code it only gives you the coupon codes that you can use for that particular store. I have never had an issue before, but today I did. I went up to the speaker said l, “Hi, I have a coupon.” I proceeded to tell them what the coupon was for, and she said, “I’m sorry we don’t have that.” I need to mention she already had an attitude when saying this. I said, “I am so sorry what do you mean you don’t have it?” You see, I was not being a smart Alec I was genuinely asking were they out of the food item I was trying to order or were they Not honoring the coupon in their app. I completely understand the technology Can fail us sometimes. So I just wanted clarification was the food out of stock or was this an error in the system. What she did not give me the opportunity to say was that we were going to order those items either way, coupon or no coupon. I have three children, and that is what they wanted. So, coupon or no coupon that is what my order was going to be. But she responded to me, “I’m sorry but we don’t have this.” Again, she had a horrible attitude. I said, “ I am so sorry that you’re getting frustrated with me but I would appreciate some clarification. What do you not have?” She got upset with me used to profanity (I will not list here) thinking that I could not hear her ( I could). Then she came back on the speaker again and said, “I’m sorry, but we do not have that. “ pretty much yelling at this point. That is when a supervisor came and said, “I am so sorry for her but we are not honoring that code at this time. “ I said, “well you might want to fix that on the app.” She apologized. I said, “I would’ve been completely understanding if she had said that from the start I was just trying to get clarification; however, you not only have a problem with your app you have a problem with your employees attitudes.” I am not one to make complaints likes this. If you go through my reviews you will see they are very honest, but very rarely do I give anything below three stars because I am a realist and I know people have bad days. I absolutely do not tolerate profanity in front of my children. I do hope that the girl takes this as a learning experience and they grow from this; however, I will not be back to this location, nor will my family. Read moreI ordered 4 Wednesdays whopper meals on 10/25/2024 order #515 to get home and none of them were purple bread as shown. My kids were devastated so I called the store and asked aren’t the Wednesday burger supposed to be purple I was told yes. The manager that then Answered the phone named Melissa said that she put them all on white buns due to something with the purple buns, but did not make me aware of it before doing it nor when passed it out the window she wrote down that she would have them all replaced the next day. All I had to do was come to the store and give my name. I’ve done that today on 10/26/2024 to be told that they will not replace the order because I did not bring the other burgers back when I was not informed of that.
