Baymont by Wyndham Eufaula — Hotel in Eufaula

So Baymont is supposed to be a middle of the road quality. Says access to indoor pool close that close is well over 5 miles! That is not close. That was the begining of the worst experience ever. In the picture they have big fluffy pillows. The pillows were little square rocks. The bed was hard my daughter had to climb to attach the curtains as they should have been. So we go ahead and go to bed. We get up on the morning their Continental breakfast was a joke ! They had all the same mini muffins, blueberry. They had a few slices of white bread and 1 cereal. We have pictures. Who ever it was on duty spent all morning outside smoking. We were 3 doors down from the office. We walked to the office where the lack of breakfast was and turned and walked back. All of maybe 2 minutes. When we walk back to our room the door was opened a lady inside says "she thought we left" phones and suitcases every where .. obviously still there!!!!!!!! I was going to stay another night there but that did it!!!!!! I thought. I send my daughter to the McDonalds 2 buildings away. They came knocked I said I am in here. They stood and talked outside and then proceeded to come in!!!! I hollered I am still in here! We are talking 9 ish. Check out is 11!!!! They were vulchers. Well we can't check into the other hotel until 3 so I need a cup of ice! Haha that was not happening either!!!!!!!!! So when we really are ready to leave I take the cards to hand them in and guess where the counter person was????? Outside smoking again!!!!! They need better employees. I told her this was the worst stay ever and she said "Oh" . What do you mean oh? Is my thought... No I am sorry nothing and she never stood up even she stood there with her arm out so she could get my keys and I had to get in the smoke!!! Not only am I writing this but I will be sending my pictures to the corporate office. I know how bad a google review can hurt you as a small business owner but I have never had no crazy...

I would never stay at this place again. The room was what I expected for the price, old and in need of an update. I booked for a Friday and Saturday night to attend a family reunion in Eufaula. Friday night was bad with several people in the parking lot outside my door drinking, smoking and talking loudly. I thought it was just probably a one time thing. Saturday night I arrived back after the reunion and it was an all out party in the parking lot. Probably 25-30 people, all drinking, and several smoking weed. I know the majority of these people were not staying here. After a few minutes of listening to the noise from my room, I realized that my truck was probably going to be damaged in the parking lot. I decided to pack up and leave because it was obvious the party was just getting started. How can the front desk employees not see and hear this since there are cameras everywhere here. I did not want to drive for 6 hours at 8 p.m. but there was no way I was going to stay at this dump with this going on outside my room. Horrible place to stay. I just lost out on one paid night due to what this place allows on...

On December 25th, 2017 (Christmas night) I stayed at the Baymont Inn and Suites Eufaula, let’s just say this wasn’t a good night. We got into the room and I wasn’t going to complain because we were just going to stay for the night and leave in the morning but this place smelt as if the someone was smoking the stay before us. Also there were black stains on the carpet all over the room, I was hesitant to take off my shoes. The walls and doors were grimy and the bed looked as if someone slept there before we even set anything on it. Just when I started to get settled in I was awoken by sounds of slamming car doors as more and more people started showing up to this so called “party”. As the party upstairs started everyone was screaming and using very profane language. After listening to this mess I got up and left the hotel. I asked the front desk agent for my money back and she wouldn’t refund me because I stayed there for 4 hours, but you can clearly see and hear all of the partying at a place where you should be sleeping. I would advise to never stay here because I definitely know I won’t be coming back here...
