Truly THEE WORST Chick-fil-A! I have NEVER had a bad experience or food that was not fresh no matter what state I am in.., and especially not at Chick-fil-A. My family and I were passing through and stopped. We went through the drive thru. My food was not fresh. The grilled chicken was dry and barely warm. When I asked for it to be remade, I was told that the kitchen inspected it and there's nothing wrong with it so they will not be remaking it my sandwich and would only remake the fries. I told the young man that the only reason I realized it had been sitting is because I bit into it. At that moment the manager walks up and he says you can talk to her. I said my food was not fresh, I'm not sure if the chicken had been sitting, but I would like it remade. She says ok. Instead of her asking the kitchen to make a new piece of chicken, I was given another dry piece of chicken. The cheese didn't melt on it and it was the same bacon and cheese from the first sandwich. The manager had a blonde wig or weave and she was an African American female. She definitely does not need to be a manager. She did not provide good customer service nor did she correct the problem, but instead complained to her fellow coworkers regarding my request, which caused them to look at me every time she said something. This is the worst Chick-fil-A I've been been to. I love Chick-fil-A, so I keep going back hoping it will be better next time, but I always leave disappointed. Today was the last straw. I ordered online and arrived about 10 min later around 4:00 pm. The drive thru had 4 vehicles ahead of me. I waited and waited staring at the sign next to me that says meal delivery zone, but the line never moved and my meal never came.I grew so tired of waiting, I decided it wasn't worth it and drove off despite having already paid via the app. Needless to say, this is the last time I'll visit this location. This Chick-fil-A tarnishes the Chick-fil-A name and customer experience they are so known for. Yes, we go for the delicious chicken but also for the wonderful atmosphere and customer service, all of which are severely lacking at this location. As a current Chick-fil-A employee at Woodlawn Square, I know the standards we’re expected to uphold, and this visit fell very short. The cashier, Lindsey, gave inaccurate information about sauces and dressings. I asked for Creamy Salsa with my meal and was told it’s “only for salads,” which is untrue. My dad was also told the max was two dressings, which is also false. On top of that, the Chick-fil-A Sauce I requested never came with my order. The restroom smelled bad and had a toilet paper roll sitting on top of the dispenser instead of being properly replaced. My dad’s Cobb Salad (no bacon) came missing eggs and was less than half a normal portion. My mom’s Deluxe Sandwich was served cold, and instead of being remade, it was simply reheated.
