I like being able to buy pet food in bulk. This store seems to have a slight problem keeping up with stock and I do resent the price going up as well. Also and probably most important!!! They used to have staff there that were polite and helpful. Now they have a woman at the register who seems in a hurry to go nowhere, isn't politely helpful and is LOUD and DEMANDING! There was an older man in line making a purchase, cashier Demanding a phone# which he apparently didn't have. Loudly she is scolding him in front of anyone around that next time he needs a phone#, this is in case he needs to return his purchase. Excuse me but I thought that's what that paper receipt was for. I drive almost an hour to go to this store but I think if they continue with this woman or more people like her I'll start driving an hour in the other 2 or 3 directions I can go, to go to another TSC or I'll stop going altogether and give my business to someone else. You need our money not our phone and address and other none of your business information! You should be ashamed allowing your cashiers to disrespect the elderly or any customers Especially without provocation! How do you like that...
Read moreMe and my husband went into the store at night to rent out the trailer for the next day only to be accused of trying to steal the trailer when going to pick it up. I tried showing my receipt for proof that we had actually rented the trailer and told the two men that was accusing us that the manager from the night before said that we would be good to go in the morning. The lack of communication between shifts is frustrating to say the least. The way that the two men that were “helping” my husband and I was appalling and could have been handled way better than accusing customers of trying to steal something. The word steal should have never been brought up. If the two men were trying to “insure” that everything was good to go that would have been fine. Read moreWe whent in this store yesterday 4/11/2024 . I needed a switch for my machine, so I asked 3 different associates if they had it. Not one knew. The one that worked the area that It would have been in, pointed in a direction and said if we have it, it'll be over there.I noticed a sign above the area that said, costumer services is guaranteed. There were 7 employees standing around the register just talking. Some costumer servic!!!. Do not go here if you need the slightest bit of help.
