Eufaula Sandwich Co. — Restaurant in Eufaula

We stopped by happenstance in 2024 between Panama City Beach and Alpharetta. It was great food and a nice atmosphere. So in 2025 on the same trip, we made a plan to stop again. We arrived about half an hour before opening, and walked around the lovely downtown. They were not quite ready to go at opening time because of a large catering order, and when we got in the door they were still not quite ready for orders which was fine because I needed the restroom. Another customer arrived and placed orders. Then we tried placing orders. Two vegetarian sandwiches - we were told they only had enough ingredients to make one. So we looked at the menu again, more customers arrived, and we tried to order a Jalapeno popper grilled cheese sandwich. They didn't have that either. Today, I stopped in Eufaula for lunch with a couple of friends who invited me to the Eufaula Sandwitch Co. The first thing I noticed pulling up was the nostalgic feel of the street and the friendly greetings.

After going inside, the friendly atmosphere continued as I was greeted by the staff. I ordered the Chinese Chicken Salad, and my friend had the BLT sandwich w/ omg fried green tomato.

Both were delicious and perfectly portioned for a nice lunch. I was satisfied but not stuffed. The prices were on point with the portions, and they don't gouge customers on drink prices like a lot of places do. All three of us ate on less than 40 bucks, and it was well worth it.

Next time you are in Eufaula and looking for a good meal, stop in and give a local favorite a try. You may have to wait your turn, but you'll have plenty of friendly people to chat with...

I very rarely give a place 5 stars. But this Sandwich shop truly hit all the buttons. #1 Customer Service. As soon as I walk through the door, I'm greeted by a cheerful staff member. She made great suggestions about the menu and was just overall a breath of fresh air.

#2. Cleanliness. This place was spotless. Even the restrooms!!!

#3. And probably most important.... TASTE. My Club sandwich was FULL... I mean he graduated from college. He was no longer a child!!!! Hahha. It was a huge sandwich and tasted fresh and very good.

If I had one complaint to make, it would be that I'm sorry I can't stop by more often (I live 150 miles away). Hopefully I'll head back this way and I can try their Chicken...
