Oak & Alley Smoke House LLC — Restaurant in Eufaula

Went for the Friday night special last night. I don't know what happened. Our 4th visit. They totally dropped the ball last night. I brought out of town guest and bragged about how great they were. 25 minutes before we were greeted by our waitress after being seated. Other guest that were seated 15/20 minutes after us had already gotten food and some were leaving before we even ordered. Food started coming to the table sporadically, out of order. Some got entree before appetizer. It was crazy. The hostess saw our drinks were empty and refilled us. No sign of our server. Then the food that is usually great, we'll, cold cheese sticks for the baby, then her tenders were inedible. My steak was cooked to the right doneness but not hot. Another member of our party had the smoked chicken sandwich which is pulled chicken, and it was riddled with bones! Needless to say, we were there just short of 2 hours. We were very patient and did not get rude. We did express our concerns when paying on the way out which was the same lady that noticed our drinks empty. I would appreciate a follow up from management. We have been supporting this establishment loyally and then got the service we received last night. Such a disappointment. I payed my bill in full as requested. Normally a very, very generous tipper, not last night. 4 adults and a baby in our party at approximately 7pm arrival time. We were seated at the first booth on the check out side.

2 weeks ago: Friday night steak dinner special. Had smoked wings naked as appetizer, they were fabulous. Then the steak came! Hats off to the cook Friday night! One of the best steaks I have had around here. Cooked perfect and juicy, love the seasoning! Right off the grill too! Wife had the ribs and pork....

This new restaurant has quickly become the best barbecue place in town!! The food cannot be beat. From flavor, portion size all the way down to the price, this is the best barbecue restaurant in Eufaula. The staff was incredibly kind, and very helpful with recommendations. The atmosphere is very quaint! I felt like I was eating at a good friends house. Everyone was so nice, and the meal was absolutely lovely. Just be prepared to fill your belly for a great price!! The portion sizes really blew me away. Can’t wait to visit again. I look forward to Oak & Alley being around for many...

The food really isn’t worth the money, a toddler could prepare better food. The onion rings were the only thing that was actually really good but the portions for an appetizer is insanely small. I got the loaded pork potato and it was so bland ever with the sauce and I also got baked beans on the side and it’s literally just Bushes Baked Beans for a $3 add on…..the sweet tea wasn’t even sweet, how do you mess that up.
