Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Eufaula

Pizza hut is the most horrible this time we ate in and though the server was nice the food was terrible!! We ate there on Easter and there wasnt a soul in there but us and two other girls who walked in after we were about to leave! I ordered two pizzas wings breadsticks cheese sticks cinnabon minis and wings! Well the bread came out first it was ok then the pizza and dessert and they forgot about the wings all together! Well I asked the server and he said they were about to make them I said make sure they are well well done almost burnt as I asked please he said ok nice small talk about liking his wings the same way we do and went to the back about 15 minutes later he came back and the wings were raw far from what i ordered them he observed the situation apologized and sent them back another 20 minutes went back we had already eaten by then and I said just dont worry about the wings he got kind of mad as if it was our fault the wings were raw or something and stated well we had to re cook them because they had already put the sauce on when we brought them out the first time and complained about having to take it off the ticket and said well this is what I can do I can charge you a discounted price for the wings and I said no I want a refund we dont even have the wings period and we went back and forth for a while and he finally took them off! Only reason I left a tip is because that is how I was taught to do but i really didnt want too!!!! My family and I will never return to this...

I used to go to Pizza Hut 4-5 times a week for either pizza and breadsticks or just breadsticks (for my picky 9 yr old). However, I wont be going back because their manager Justin is by far the most rudest person I've ever dealt with in my life. They messed up our order for pizza and instead of offering to replace it he wanted to give us HALF store credit. Are u kidding me? I told him I would not accept that so he reluctantly said I could bring the pizza back and get it replaced. Well after driving 15 miles back up there I get told that it looked like I had eaten half the pizza which I told him on the phone my starving 9 yr old daughter had grabbed two pieces of the pizza before I got a chance to see it was the wrong pizza. He kept making smart ellique remarks and said I was trying to get over on him and rip them off. However, if anyone was ripped off it was me, because I didnt get what I paid for the first time and had to drive 15 miles back to pizza hut and then 15 miles home to get what I should have gotten the first time spending unnecessary gas. Plus I was met with a freaking attitude instead of "I'm sorry for the inconvenience of having to get back out because we messed your order up". I will not be goin back unless I know he's not working because I refuse to go somewhere and pay my hard earned money on a store that doesn't appreciate...

This establishment has been going downhill for quite some time. The last 3 times I have ordered a pizza, the wait time has been over an hour; however, my last experience is the one that takes the cake. We ordered 2 pizzas and an order of cheese sticks for delivery to our home 5 minutes from the restaurant. 20 minutes after the order was placed, I received a text that the order was out for delivery. An hour goes by, and still no delivery. So, I attempted to call the restaurant. We were on hold for 45 minutes. Finally, my husband went up the establishment for a refund, because the pizza was still not delivered. Over two hours later, and while my husband was at the restaurant asking for a refund, the pizza shows up. It was COLD (as one can imagine). So, I sent it away with the driver and told her we were seeking a refund. While at the establishment, my husband was unable to obtain a refund because management had as not there. That is absurd. So, he had to return today to try to seek a refund. He gets there only to be told it had to be refunded to my card, and they physically had to have my card. So, 3 trips and 6 hours of our lives wasted, and we are still waiting for the refund at this time. This is absolutely no way to business, unless your goal is to run it into the ground.
