Super 8 by Wyndham Eufaula — Hotel in Eufaula

It was a horrible experience!!! The manager kb patel was rude from the moment we entered ths lobby. We had alot of luggage with us and he told us we had to leave it outside bc he would not allow us " to just come in here and loiter in his lobby with all this mess". He then told us that i did not have a reservation despite me giving him the confirmation number 4 times and him refusing to even look on the computer to check. He claimed he hadnt ever heard of the company that i booked with so he refused to look until i told him that my money had been deducted from my account already and id call the police if he didnt give me the room i reserved or my money bak one. He looked up the reservation number and found it immediately...later that day my daughters aged 10 and 11 were in the pool with my wife and i sitting by the pool watching them and he came up to us and told my wife that he would not allow kids at his pool bc they were not guests and we said they didnt arrive with us but that they were staying at the room with us bc that was the purpose of our visit to eufaula was to see my girls. He then told me that was unacceptable and that there was not enough room in the room we were staying in for our children even tho we had 2 queen beds and that they would have to leave the pool area immediately and not be able to stay the night...we offered to pay extra for our children spending the night despite that not even being the correct policy but he refused and walked off mumbling something...when we asked for towels for them to get out the pool he said " you ppl dont have anything do u...u must be poor or something...then proceeded to say a racial slur and talked about my wife who is white bein with my kind. Needless to say we...

My stay here has been excellent. I haven't had any problems since I got here and the owner was very nice. He even offered to help me with my bags multiple times. It appears to be family owned and they keep it pretty clean from what I can see. My bathroom was clean as well.Water was hot all the time and the water pressure in the toilet was optimal as well. The room has both a microwave and refrigerator. The fridge gets really cold which is a plus for me! The A/C and heater worked perfectly too. I usually bring my own cleaning supplies and I really didn't have to use any of them. They come every morning to clean the rooms as long as you don't hang the "do not disturb" sign on your door. Parking was easy which I appreciated because I'm not the best driver lol. The area is pretty quiet as well so I slept pretty good every night. This was my first ever stay in a Super 8 and I would definitely...

Rooms not adequately cleaned especially the bathroom. Cigarette burns in the covers. Spider webs everywhere. Pillows worn..I’m picky about hotel rooms because I myself have been a housekeeper and I know how rooms should be cleaned. Then around 12:30 in the morning a group of people arrived next to our room and partied all night.(Needless to say my husband had worked all day and was tired plus we had our 2 year old with us) Loud talking, music playing. (Not only in the room||But outside as well) They were even trying to come in our room through the joint room entrance. It’s 3:30 and I’m still up because of the noise....Just horrible.
