Days Inn by Wyndham Eufaula AL — Hotel in Eufaula

My daughter and I checked in at 2:45 am in the morning when we went to room 110 and it looked like a murder had been committed in the room, the walls were filthy dirty, the toilet paper holder was falling out of the wall, the floor in the bathroom was sticky, the carpet look like it need to be replaced it was just nasty, the headboards were falling apart, the chairs were falling apart, we were kind of afraid to go to sleep but we had drove for 21 hours and needed to sleep, we dressed for bed and tryed to go to sleep, but I could not stop itching. I thought it was just my nerves but to my horror when I couldn't take it no more I jumped up started looking over the bed, my daughter spotted these little bugs on the bed so we took pictures, looked on the internet and they were bed bugs to say the least I was pissed off went down to the owner told him what the room looks like, showed him pictures of the room, then showed him the bugs and he acted like we were bullshittin him but what really pissed me off was when this dude said why didn't you come down sooner you spent the whole night there and I got so enraged my daughter had to pull me back cuz I was going to punch him in his face and his wife was making all these excuses for the room and everything else I said well you better do something before somebody else gets these bugs, he never offered us our money back nothing he said well we will look into it, well look into this rating and what I've left on Facebook. We were only there from 2:30 am to 6:13 in the morning. This is one of the most disgusting hotels I have ever been in my life and her and I both travel a lot. This was our preferred Hotel but it isn't going to be like that anymore. And I forgot to mention the place was loaded with people hanging out of the rooms all up on the second floor, I guess they were permanent residents. I just found these pictures again. My daughter described it as the above, Creepy, Ugly, and Nasty. LOL. To begin with, AL is an hour difference in time than Florida. We were to check in at 3 p.m. Well, it was 1:30 AL time. Which I thought was 2:30 p.m. EST at first. There's no one at the counter, you have to call them on the phone. The teenage boy on the other end barely mutters a no , sorry when asked if you can check in a little early. Yet, I saw two key cards on the hotel counter behind the glass. The lobby is turned into a storage closet thrown with junk in it. ||||Once we did check in, there was some stickiness on the bedside table that no one cleaned up. There was a cigarette looking hole in one of the blankets. The carpet looks like it was tearing up. Very disappointing. On the sign in the front, it says "free continental breakfast. " When I asked the young man, again he barely utter a "no, breakfast". The pool was out of order. But I don't think I would want to swim in it anyway. Ewwwwww..... I arrive at this hotel, and received poor unprofessional customer service from the front desk. Once I receive my room, the first thing I check for is bed bugs and just uncleaniness. I discovered there were dead bugs aline the wall and around my bed head board, I proceeded to inform the front desk what I have discovered. I was directed to another just two doors down and I ran into the same problem. Finding dead bugs on the floor, full live gecko crawling on the curtains. I couldn't stay in this hotel, I inform the front desk that I will be staying one night in this hotel and need to cancel my reservations. I found another hotel within mins and left to stay somewhere else at 1230pm. The manager on duty let me know he would cancel my reservations. Two days later my bank was charge the full amount of me staying there. I'm working a dispute as we speak. I took pictures to let the front desk know the condition of the room. This is not a clean place Customer service...
