I almost never leave a review unless they're positive but in this case I was compelled to. After being given my root beer I noticed that it tasted like sugar water. The employee told be that they were out of co2. I said "well, I can't drink this, it's terrible. Can I get a refund?" He (Justin?) Said no, they don't "do refunds". I asked them to just refund my card for the entire meal and he also refused. I then suggested that may want to place a sign on the outside menu warning people not to purchase carbonated drinks as they're out of C02. He laughed. I'll never go there again and plan to share this on all social media accounts. They're essentially stealing money from people by not notifying people or offering refunds.

The misleading advertising is blatant by Carl's Junior here. Then, when we asked about it were laughed at by both the manager, who was quite condensending, and the woman at the register. I included a picture of the char broiled double deals with the diablito burger on there and the double jalapeño burger on the other side. This is misleading and should be fixed. It happens with their specials everytime. Brings people in for the deal and once you're in there, you just order something different rather than go somewhere else. Shame on you Carl.

My husband and I aren't big fast food eaters but occasionally we'll grab a burger from Carl's Jr. On our recent visit we decided to try their promo burger "Guacamole double cheeseburger" because we love guac. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed. There really was no real guacamole on it. Just chunks of tomatoes, onions and a bit of thin green sauce looking stuff. We ended up adding our own avocado. So disappointing. Save your money, it's not worth it.

My wife and I have come here for years. We've often had a good experience. That said, yesterday Sunday afternoon at 1:30 p.m., the experience was different. Ordering went fairly well except that it was annoying that the young woman taking our order at the counter was also the one taking drive-through orders, so she was constantly bouncing between talking to us and talking to customers in their cars.

When we got our beverages and went to sit down there were 3 or 4 occupied tables in the place and the rest were available. Many choices, right? No, almost all those available tables had not been wiped off since they were used by previous customers. So our choice was to find the least offensive table and wipe off crumbs with napkins ourselves.

When our food came my seemingly simply request not to receive pickles on my Famous Star with cheese was botched in that not only were the pickles left off, so was any tomato. When I pointed out the error it took awhile for the now different person at the counter to understand the problem. I did fairly promptly receive a new sandwich, this time with a tiny circle of pale tomato, maybe 1.5 inches in diameter, buried in the middle.

When I went to the restroom the light in the alcove was flickering annoyingly, obviously needing replacement.

Fast food is what it is and I don't have very high expectations for such, but I was disappointed enough yesterday to write this review. I imagine the blame really belongs on management for failing to staff enough and train well people to handle customers courteously, keep tables clean, change bad light bulbs, and maintain quality in the food...

I work here. Never been more happy with how I was treated in fast food. The food is awesome too, though I personally don't like it as well cold. All of my coworkers are great and I love the regulars. Terry is awesome about making sure people are happy with their food and how they're treated in general. For everyone that posted bad reviews, all I can ask is that you come back. We do our best and we make mistakes. Always, ALWAYS ask for your reciept if you're leaving the restaurant so that we know that you've ordered. We don't ask for your reciept because we don't believe you, we ask because it's required. We really appreciate all of you guests that come in. If you see me working, say hi! I'll do my best to make you feel comfortable and satisfied. As a side note, apologies to everyone who has had a bad experience. It's fast food, we get hundreds of orders. While that isn't an excuse, we're trying our best and we'd love to try again. I especially recommend coming in when we're slow, so if you have had a bad experience, we can make up for it and talk to you personally. At the time of posting, the five dollar all star meal is the best thing on the menu to me. We sell them all the time. There are five different variations. You get a lot of food pretty cheap. We also have the 2 for 3 chicken sandwich deal which I eat before I start work. Edit: The sliders are coming back! We will be also bringing back the 2 for 6 on our western and famous star. If you're in need of a quick snack, we have happy hour...

When I ordered my food I ordered a Dr. Pepper and when I got up to the window the younger lady working the window asked if I ordered a coke and I said no it was supposed to be a Dr. Pepper. She took the drink back and a woman probably in her mid 30s lifted the lid and smelled the drink and then told the younger woman to give us the drink back because it was actually Dr. Pepper and coke was said by mistake. I politely asked the young lady for a new drink because I was uncomfortable drinking a drink where the lid had been lifted the the other woman's face was almost in the drink. Especially with COVID 19 right now. She was polite and took it back. The other woman than poured a new drink, shaking her head the whole time, and had our food. She handed it to us and very rudely and sarcastically said have a great day. She then slammed the window shut and laughingly started coughing all over the window at us. This is unacceptable at any point in time but especially right now with the COVID19 pandemic. I was not even comfortable enough to eat any of my food. I cannot express how disappointed I am that your company would have a staff member like that serving the community food while making a mockery out of a pandemic that has been making so many people sick and killing so many people. I...
