Another few months, same lack of efficiency! Every morning they make me late, food never ready. Sit in the wait spot for over 7 minutes each and every time until I go inside and let them know I am still waiting!!! NEEDS NEW MANAGEMENT BAD!
Another update: Still West 11th CANNOT figure out drive-thru! Sat at the first line for 5 minutes while they helped 2nd line over and over, seriously not this hard....finally helped and waiting again for food... If you want it fast, go to 6th street Mcdonalds!
Update: This one takes the cake. I was told today I was forgotten at the "empty" drivethru because the guy went on break and the girl covering for him didn't know I was there until they helped the customer who had just pulled up at the other intercom! Then they handed me someone else's food, after my child checked it we realized we were given a 6 piece not 10 piece, I asked for 4 more nuggets just to be done with it and instead she demanded the food back as it was another customers and then they gave me my food. I really hope they made her/him fresh food and did not give that food to the customer
Post remodel: 2 drive thru lanes but they only know how to operate one so they completely ignore one line, help 5 customers on the other line then once the person in the first line gives up and goes to 2nd line, the employee then comes on speaker for 1st lane and ignores 2nd lane. Completely leaves customers unattended and frustrated. Gee I wonder why so many people are upset.
No customer service; NONE! construction happening in the parking lot so drive thru was closed. In the lobby full of customers with no associates were helping any of them. They were too busy chatting eachother up about their work schedule! Ridiculous! But not surprising

The food is nasty if they screw up your order which they will don't be surprised if they give you back your half eaten Burger with whatever ingredients that they missed the first time around slopped on it instead of making you a new one. The employees here are so not excited to be at their jobs and they are rude and have deplorable customer service. The kid working refused to smile and acted as though he had just woken up. I could hear a girl complaining in the back about how she was upset that there was six people in the Drive-Thru that were all honking at the same time. She was like "what is wrong with you people? this is your own fault. you're just making yourself more miserable by honking." This new generation of losers that are running our fast food establishments have got it completely backwards. they make it seem like it's a huge inconvenience for them to do their jobs and as if it's your fault that they work there. They barely even bother to get the orders right. Nine times out of 10 your order will be wrong or missing something. Not to mention the food sucks and tastes like cardboard and is incredibly unhealthy for you. Remembering back to what McDonald's used to be back in the 90s compared to now, it's like night and day. I guess that partially modified hydrogenated seed oil must be getting into people's brain cells or something. I don't think I'll ever eat at McDonald's again after this experience. Read moreI was really disappointed when I came to the 29th and Willamette location a few weeks ago. I ordered pickup via app and then proceeded to sit in my car for nearly 25min after checking in for my food. I had called to see if they knew I was there because from my viewpoint, I hadn't seen them being very busy. The clerk ran out with my order and I expressed how I was glad I had the right store, that I was getting worried. She told me next time not to call, to come in, and told me they were busy and my order was a big one. It was three snack size mcflurries, a mcdouble and a med fry. Then she ran off without an apology of any sort. I looked in my bag before I left and my fries were not there. So I went through the drive thru where I waited again, as the only car no less, then the person (dif clerk) at that window finally gave the fries to me and shut the window with no offer of "oh so sorry about that here you go" nothing. Got home irritated that I had spent almost 45 min dealing with this, and discovered the mcflurries that were supposed to have been shamrock, were plain oreo. The fact that store still had them available in their menu was the only reason I went to that location at all. Anyhow. Big bummer all around.
