Me and wife have been going to this vape shop for well over a year now very loyally. I mean, I GO NOWHERE ELSE. After today and the horrible customer service. I will never be returning. NEVER. I asked when a manager was going to be in so i can talk to somebody in charge about returning a defective reusable vape I bought a week ago. THEY BOTH LOOKED AT EACH OTHER DUMBFOUNDED AND WOULDN'T GIVE ME A NAME NO MATTER HOW MANY TIMES I ASKED. NOR WOULD THEY TELL ME WHEN ANY MANAGERS WOULD BE IN. I was ultra polite and respectful until they got security. Then I lost my cool. They have lost 2 customers who have been supremely loyal. Well less than a half a block away is another vape shop that I will be using from now on. I haven't experienced unprofessionalism to this level EVER. I will be reviewing and posting everywhere I can about how unprofessional and intimidating me with security guards was really low and un called for. Read moreI have been a faithful customer for over 6 years. Never ever returned anything in the duration of time, until last Friday. When an off brand vape was suggested (I don’t normally buy) as I was told that my favorite brand was being held due to tariffs, and so forth. I unpackaged it, and it was very potent, leaking, and my whole hand was covered in vape juice, not to mention when inhaling, it literally leaks out the top into your mouth. I was told all they could do was a 20% discount on a new one… that it wasn’t a defect and then proceeded to say that a few other customers had the same complaint. I am very dissatisfied, defeated, and the manager of this facility is NOT professional whats so ever. I will not be returning to any Nephos location. Read moreConsistency matters. Employees that don't know the stores policies and procedures reflects poorly on management, indicating a lack of training. I patronized this and the Coburg Rd stores for a few years. A few weeks ago I spoke with an employee about returning an unused/unopened/nonconsumable item for a device that was no longer operable and was told it would be no problem with a receipt. Today I went to return the item and was told by the manager that I could not return the item and was given the "that's just our policy" speech. As a retired 20 year operations manager I'm fully aware of a managers ability to be flexible in order to keep a loyal customer.
