We ordered dinner through DoorDash for 2. I placed an order for 6 items, medium sizes mind you so we would have leftovers. The cost was $49. I figured with DoorDash delivery and a larger size on some of the items, that was fine! Until it was delivered! If these were medium sized boxes, I hate to see the small! I was so upset I paid $49 for what we received I drove to the restaurant myself to inquire about our order. I asked to speak to a manager and was met with attitude! Attitude in his voice and on his face. I was told that I got what I ordered and if I had an issue I had to contact DoorDash! There was No, ‘we are sorry for the misunderstanding’ or explaining the size of their portions, NOTHING! He would rather do anything than speak with me, that was clear! Whoever taught this young person customer service sure did him a DISSERVICE ! No customer service training happens here or what?! I get you are a large chain and you probably DON’T care about the insignificant customer who expects too much from delivery. What was I thinking! I will not make that mistake again. Read moreHygene: So being the first time here, I noticed that the same people serving the food is the same that handles the money (cashier), and it may seem kind of crazy but when they serve the egg rolls I see the employee using fingers to open the bag to put in the egg rolls. And that seems unsanitary.
Cleanliness: They seem to be too busy to keep the dinning area clean.
Price to portions: And for the food... I asked for a '2 entrée 1 side plate' which I see it was well proportioned to the price I paid.
TASTE: Grilled teriyaki chicken was great(3/5); Black pepper chicken was good(2/5); and my side was steam rice which I was disappointed(0/5), the name of STEAM means moist! -at least to me- it was very dry and undercooked; and my drink was iced tea, and I could not find the sugar so I drank it like that. After I finished my meal I had to switch to a regular fountain drink(Dr. Pepper).
Conclusion: Since they seem to be understaffed, or simply too much work for them, I gave a 2 stars rating because the entrees were well cooked and good flavor balance. Read moreI went to a Panda Express today on Seneca road in Eugene and was trying to get an order and the lobby was closed so the note on the door said that you had to go through the line I said the line for a half an hour and then all of a sudden I see people just walking up to the drive-up window and skipping line and getting their order so I called the manager he said there's no special treatment for anybody but yet these people just walked up and got their order and cut right in front of everybody well I set there for a half an hour but yet there's no special treatment he said oh well those are probably the online orders so when you go to Panda Express when you go to Panda just order it online and set outside the drive-up window until you're done ordering it and then you can cut in front of everybody that's in the in the drive-up line. I also decided that I would take a video of this and take a video of the people pulling up to the drive-up window and getting out of their car and cutting in the front of the line and walking off with their food so I got a video of it I'm going to post it on YouTube Facebook Tik-Tok so look for the video on Tik-Tok and YouTube...
