I've been here many, many times during lunch hours. Too many times. Always friendly, accommodating, professional staff even though they are all quite young. Some of the teas are very sweet, but you can always ask them for 75%, 50%, or 25% sugar depending on your preference. I generally start at 75%, and I have an incredible sweet tooth. They regularly have new special toppings and flavors, some of which are pretty impressive like the Kumquat Orange and another with chunks of grape in it. They will also make just about anything as a smoothie/blended and mix different flavors to increase variety.
Every tea ends up being around 5.50 each with one topping, and they haven't had a price increase in a year of price increases. It's a steal. I'm about as picky as someone can be, and I'm not really sure what more you could ask for. I guess some people want them to serve waffles like they did at the other location? How about some Canadian maple syrup with that? Actually, a maple syrup milk tea would be great. Blueberry would be solid too.
The quality is consistent, the staff enjoys the work, and enjoys the teas they serve. Also, tip cash if you can. This isn't fine dining, but it is still food service, and they still get rude customers and business slows down in the Winter, especially if you primarily sell iced drinks.

Read moreIve been going here on basically a weekly basis for about a year now and love it. They've always gotten my order right and typically it comes out very quickly. My regular order is lavender milk tea with 25% sugar and tapioca boba. I love that they use stamp cards so I have the ability to get a free drink after spending so much money. I do wish they would switch to an online reward system like Fivestars so I wouldn't have to carry the card wherever I go. I took off one star because they recently changed their cups and logo and I liked the old one better. It also seems like the boba got smaller since the last time I went. One more reason is that I have been having a hard time tasting the lavender flavor lately, so it tastes like I'm just drinking a cup of milk. I would like to give a shoutout to the girls who asked a car to get in the back of the line when they entered the "do not enter" driveway to the shopping center and cut half the drive...
