Maybe train your employees consistently? Because I've been getting the same drink there for 2 years and today I pulled up and the batista said they're not allowed to make my drink (which just subs one thing for another) and said they'd "make an exception". Exception for what? They speak to you like your stupid and have no idea what you're talking about. Literally terrible. Was already thinking about not going g back byt that solidified it. Maybe believe your customers when they say they've gotten the drink before? Lost a $50 sale...
