Starbucks — Restaurant in Eugene

This review is for the Starbucks located inside of Albertsons. I have had quite a few issues at this location, and I have extended grace and patience each time, but I have had enough! This morning, a barista charged my kid an extra dollar for ordering "light ice" on his Venti Summer Skies drink. First of all, it is fraudualent to advertise a drink as 20oz when it is, in fact, not. If the Venti drink costs more than the Grande, but is giving customers the same amount as the Grande, you are committing fraud. It is dishonest and against the law. Furthermore, I spoke with Starbucks' corporate office and they confirmed that this extra charge for asking for no ice/light ice is NOT their policy! And if that wasn't bad enough, the drink my son paid for was supposed to come with BOBA, but the Barista said they were out of it. I was in a down mood today and the girls working absolutely brightened my day! They were so positive, happy, laughing and helped me pick out drinks and food, they have all the alternative milks which is amazing, I forgot their names, but there was 2 girls with longer blonde hair, and a red head with medium length hair. Why is it $20 to take my teen and her 2 friends to this place? Seems sort of silly at best, Yet, why not if the masses will come anyway?
