Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Eugene

We Love Dutch Bros! We travel a lot and visit a Dutch Bros almost almost every day that we’re on the road. It is almost always an incredibly awesome experience. Not at THIS location, today! Pulled into their parking lot in a van towing a trailer. The drive thru exit clearance was way too tight, so we pulled in and parked (one person stayed in van in order to move in case our van hampered traffic) partially in their drive thru lane. Business was incredibly light and there was only one car at the drive up window. I jumped out of the van and went to the walk up window to place our order and dude (tatoo sleeve right arm and wearing black ball cap) refused to take our order and told me to move our van into a regular sized parking space. Anybody with decent eyesight would’ve realized that a van towing a trailer could never fit into a regular (non pull through) parking space and that to even attempt such a maneuver like that would end up blocking the entire parking lot and drive thru access. Additionally, such an attempt would then require the assistance of a tow truck in order to extricate us and remove what would then be a “hazardous obstruction.”

Not wanting to become famous on a You Tube Epic Fails video, we obviously chose not to comply with the idiotic request. In making such a drastic decision, the local Gentry were deprived of something entertaining to gawk at, a tow truck driver didn’t earn a nice tip ( with a story to tell), and we, so desperately in need of coffee, we’re forced to seek our daily sustenance at an alternative coffee source!

Such a sad...

I was ROBBED here this morning for $4.25 for a Café Americano after asking for 5 sugars in my Americano of which they DID NOT put in....the Americano was undrinkable so I returned to get another Cup of which they REFUSED to make a new cup they said they would give me 5 sugars to add myself and said NO you should make me a new Cup...of which I pointed out on the bottom of the Cup it states "Guaranteed to Satisfy" and again I asked for a freshly made Cup of what I originally Paid $3.25 plus $1.00 tip...OF WHICH AGAIN THEY REFUSED...SO YES I WAS ROBBED $4.25. A undrinkable cup of coffee that went in the trash.

And to Add insult to injury... this 2nd time thru I had to wait 15-20 minutes in line as someone ordered 8 different drinks. MY ABSOLUTELY LAST EVER DUTCH BROS EXPERIENCE.. If I want this kind of treatment by Coffee service employees I will just go back to Starbucks where the Coffee is far more Superior... I mean come on Dutch Bros employees this IS NOT Rocket Science or Quantum Physics it's Coffee just Listen to THE customer when they order a coffee.... If I could give 5 negative...

I go to this location multiple times every week. I love the people who work here, but unfortunately after today I will not be going back to this location. I will go out of my way to go to a different dutch bros. I get the same drink every single time. Most of the employees know my drink when they see me. Within the last 2 months they have messed up my drink order so much. I always pay extra for 2 extra shots. They have been charging me for my shots, but not actually putting them in my drink. And then my drink just tastes like a chocolate milkshake. Also there have been several times I have gone and it tastes like their freeze machine thing isn't mixing right because the drink just tastes off and the consistency doesn't seem right at all. I have never had any of these issues with any of the other dutch bros I've went to. I love dutch bros but will never go to this location again unfortunately. I think id rather just go to a different coffee shop...
