Mike was a standup guy. My partner’s computer died and he was very good at communicating the issues and options. After ordering a part and digging in deeper, it ended up being a bigger fix than we were hoping for, and he didn’t end up charging us one cent when we decided not to move forward with reviving the computer at this point.

Mike is great! He's super personable and tells you thr good and bad if he isn't able to give you exactly what you want while still giving you the best that your system can support. He's prompt and punctual and got me my desktop back quickly that's going to be mainly for school but some light gaming as well.
