I used to get toxic all the time when they first opened a few years ago and it was always amazing. I would always wait 20+ minutes for the food because it was so good. My whole family of 6 would get a big order to go 2 baskets of garlic parmesan fries, 4 burgers and 2 six piece wings, different flavors (garlic parm and buffalo) plus their homemade ranch, and EVERYONE was satisfied. However, everytime I go in there now its not nearly as busy and I still wait the the same amount of time. The garlic parm fries are never crispy because they use too much "garlic parmesan sauce" which is just herbs and oil instead of tossing them in garlic powder and shaved parmesan like they used to, so they are always soggy and lose their crispness after 30 seconds. The burgers have always been their strong suit (which is why they chsnged their name) but even so they sold out on eveything else on the menu to keep the burgers the 7/10 they have always been. The wings aren't smoked anymore, and I remember distinctly thinking "these wings are so good" when i was younger but they are just middle of the road not terrible but not good these days, then my father told me they don't smoke their wings anymore which was a big reason why their wings were so good. The ranch is mass produced in small packages and is mid level at best, even though 3 years ago I would have put it against any ranch in the state because they actually made it in house every day. Overall I would rather get mcdonalds and save money over what they serve these days. TL;DR food isn't nearly as good as it used to be for the price...
Read moreThey sell a 1/6 lb hamburger by itself for $9.40!? I wish that was a joke but it's not. Honestly ever since this specific location opened up everything in the company has gone downhill in quality. This was the start of their expansion and the start of them not caring about quality and just caring about making money. When it was the just River road location five stars on everything after covid 1 star on everything and it really hurts me to say this about a local business I used to love. Please change back to the old wings. These new ones that you've had since covid taste like something I would buy and the Frozen aisle at the grocery store because that's what they are crap. I will stop visiting the restaurant if you continue with these fatty low quality wings. You were by far the best wings in town until you changed the chicken wings you were using. Please go back to using the smaller real chicken wings. The new ones are fatty and gross. I have loved you guys for years and years please don't do this.
I've gone back twice recently in the past year the wing quality is still absolute garbage I threw away 3 out of the six wings I bought each time.
PS it really sucks that you guys bought Ron's Island grill. They changed the name Titas. The menu got rid of everything that made the unique the quality has already gone down and I can only imagine how bad it's going to...
