I went last night and ordered food, looked in the bag and saw the 4 items so I just left. I got home with it and found the order was not quite right so I immediately called and a girl answered to whom explained my issue and she took my name etc.. and told me next time I stop in to tell them my name was written down and I get an item of my choice for the inconvenience. (She apologized a couple times for the inconvenience which was nice.) I say Ok thank u. Today I go by since I was out and drive up and say my previous situation to which the guy says just a sec.. then ok what would u like? I ordered an item (not an expensive one, which I could have done) then decided I wanted another item so I told him I would like to order something seperate. Ok.. Well I get to the window and I am asked for the full 2 item amount so I say I am supposed to have the one comped. He looks at the register and is fumblin around then hands back my money for the second item and wants me to pay for the item that was supposed to be comped (which is almost 2x cost) I said wait what? He says I comped out the other one. I said so had I rolled through here ordered the one you would've handed it to me no questions and I go on my way. Ya! What!!? Seriously!? I asked for management after almost having an argument with this kid. The mngr guy wants to know who I spoke to cause he was there last night. I said idk, 'who was working last night?' I said she wrote down my name etc... he says well the list was already thrown out. I said why would u throw out a list from last night already when you say 'on your next visit'? He said Idk.. Omg! Really!? I pull up say my shpeel and and a pause then the ok to order but now the list is gone.. Hmmm.. He said I want to know what we need to give you. I said the same damn story 5 flippin times while I was there but did it again. He comped both items even though I had the money in hand trying to pay for my extra item. I said I will pay for my extra item he said no it's fine in a short tone. Wow we had a whole damn argument over a flippin quesadilla. SMDH! Not to mention I was left hangin at the end of my order today when they switched window people before we concluded the order and I had to speak up to which I got an Oh Sorry I just came on. Totaly different kid than when we started. I get to the window and someone starts to help me then she gets practically nudge out (I felt bad for her) and some kid says he's got this and to take another order. I don't think these people have a clue as to wth is going on. I did go to this place one other time and paid with ones and the kid at the counter made some reference about going to a strip club. I just smiled and paid. My 5yr old was standing right there. I should've said something but I think I had a bit of a shocked moment. Not appropriate! They need a mngr to come in and get that place in shape. I haven't been but a couple times in the last several years since moving to Eug. I never experienced stuff like this in Sprfld. I would like to place an order to go. She then pointed to the kiosk behind me and said “you can use that.” Now to me, this is rude because if I wanted to use the kiosk, I would’ve walked up to the kiosk. I don’t know how to use those things. I don’t want to use those things. I would rather talk to a person. This was my first job ever, and when I worked here if you were covering drive-through, sometimes you had to cover the lobby too . It’s just how it works. She was rude so I just got in my car and went through the drive-through instead. When in all reality, the whole reason why I went to Taco Bell was to use the bathroom but I figured they wouldn’t let me use it unless I bought something so I walked in there but then that interaction happened and so I went to the drive-through, but I still bought something so they still got my service it just that...
Read moreI'm not one for leave a bad review. But tonight after a sporting event I ordered my food. Was a party pack with a couple other items. We paid for our order and upon coming home we opened our order and noticed the order was missing some items. I then went immediately back to the store to have the issue resolved but instead of helping me fulfill the missing parts of my order I was accused of "asking for free food" and that if I had any other problems that I needed to call an 800 number to have the issue resolved rather than the associates working with me and fulfilling my order which I did pay for.
Just to add, I go to this location all the time and this was the first time my order was not fulfilled completely. What was frustrating for me was I was accused of asking for free food and told to call an 800 number rather than have everything resolved at the store where the issue occurred.
