Well this is my 3rd time coming here and I'll have to say y'all have the best decaf coffee iv ever had. But when I came in today there was a but load of high schoolers and some I would have to say was disrespectful because the line was taking longer then usual. And when I finally got to order the computer was messing up on the young lady and you can tell she was getting really frustrated. When I went to pick up my coffee which I normally get a decaf French vanilla Ice latte. It took about 10 mins to make. No big deal because I'm not in a hurry. But when he gave it to me it was hot and that's not want I ordered to I let him know that it was supposed to be iced and that's when he rolled his eyes and was like okay. I let him know I was in no hurry. It took another 10 minutes. When he finally gave it to me I said thank you and got in the car. When I tasted my drink it had only milk flavored slight coffee was really like water down decaf coffee and I was very unpleased with it so I went back in and let them know that it did not taste right... he was like okay?.... I told him I taste no French vanilla and that it was water down. He was like well what do you want me to do do you want me to remake it or do you want me to fix it because it has sugar free syrup in it because decaf gets sugar free. In my mind I'm thinking OK I'm pregnant not trying to watch my weight and this is the first time that I've actually gotten a drink from y'all that ever had that sugar free syrup in it that was just not that good. Finally the young lady that was working at the window for two girls came up and asked me what I wanted and help me and I apologize to her letting her know I don't want to be that type of customer I just did not like the coffee. It's like another 15 minutes before It was finally made but I was OK with the wait like I said I only wanted a coffee that tastes right because that's what I've been craving. Read moreSo, I drive all the way from the Irving/Las Colinas area to get donuts at my newly found Dunkin Donuts location here in Euless. So this is about my 3rd visit to this location. Mind you, I hadn't had DD's in over 20 years! Honestly. Well, I get there this Thursday morning 9/21/18 and realized when I got out of my car, i had left my wallet at home!! I was so mad at myself. I went inside to let the girl at tge register and the working manager at that time know. Then I immediately remembered they have an DD card on their app. So I let the manager and the young lady at the register know that I may remember my dbt card #, and I may be able to add funds to a new card to make a purchase. My stomach would not let me leave there without donuts! While standing there holding up the line, the manager was running the drive thru while trying to help other associates and tend to me and the lady at the register at the same time. So the manager simply just made the good hearted decision to pay for my donuts himself!!! He was a young guy by the name of Tyler. Tyler you are an example of Christ and you have a heart of gold, and you made me and my tummy and my life happy!!!! You made my day like no other!! Thank you DD's for hiring such an intelligent, sweet, kind young MAN, that was not only helpful by walking me thru the app while running the drive thru as well as making drinks , filling orders, and assisting other associates, but he came over to assist me with zero judgement, and he was so kind that I wanted to cry! Read moreI go to this place very often very often because I work in the area. But on this day specifically this was about the third bad encounter I have had at this location. It was a busy morning maybe for them but not for me I seen only my car in the drive through and two cars out in the front inside. This is at 5 a.m. in the morning first. I told the Barista exactly what I wanted I ordered the same thing everyday. Which is a large frozen mocha swirl coffee with extra whipped cream. However she comes to the window after I waited for 7 minutes yes 7 minutes I counted I was late for work because I was waiting for so long. Before she could even hand me the drink I looked at it it looked at very disgusting it wasn't even mixed all the way through the whip cream look like I had the end of the bottle of it. I've never received such a horrible drink that I didn't even want to touch that's how bad it was I told her I did not want it and could she make another one after i looked at the time quickly I told her I did not want it because i would be ever latee. I asked her, What's her name she told me her name was Ashley, and proceeded to tell me that her manager name was Karen which I did not ask for it.
