My husband went to burger box earlier tonight in order to Burger with no onions and no lettuce extra crispy tater tots and a milkshake he paid $10 and $0.45 for this order. When he got home you realize the burger just have lettuce and onions on it nothing else and the tater tots weren't well done the only thing that was good with a shake so needless to say I made him some supper from home. an hour or so later I called the store and explain to them what happened. the manager told me that I needed to bring the burger in and the tater tots and either tonight or tomorrow to either get a refund or replacement. I told him that wasn't convenient for me I've already been up there once I shouldn't have to drive back up there again and I'm not digging through the trash like a dog to get a burger that's been sitting in there for 2 hours under potato peelings and me juice. It's not that I wanted my money back I wanted a credit so he could get his Burger in the state of thoughts the way you wanted them he would buy the shake. the manager informed me that he couldn't do that and that I could call the owner of the company I said well the only thing called me and he says well he doesn't like that you have to call him so he gave me his phone number and I called him and left a message. he called me back and I explained the situation to him told him I have my receipt and he told me I had to bring the receipt and the burger back up to the restaurant I told him I wasn't going to do that I wasn't digging through the trash like a dog it wasn't going to happen. This man doesn't even live in Bedford he rude. And said to me I'm not giving you your money back and hung up on me before I can explain to him that I didn't want my money back, all I wanted was a replacement on the burger and the tater tots and the way that they were ordered and he would purchase a shake because you drank it. First and last time we go to this awful place. Got there and the place was completely empty... I ordered foor for my family and I and notice that the cook was talking on the phone while making our burgers. During our wait the cooks were fooling around and loudly using profanity (in Spanish). I didn’t think much about it until we receiver our order where one of the burgers was the wrong one. I told one of the girls at the front and she asked me to give her both burgers (which didn’t make sense since only one was incorrect). When she told one of the cooks, the cook started to say that it wasn’t his fault and that it should be the right burger without even looking at it! I approached them and had to reiterate my order and told him that the order was probably wrong from all the fooling around that they were doing... the cook still stood by his word that he was right without attempt of checking the burger nor apologizing. After have going back and forth a couple of times I told them to just give me the burger and I would eat it like that being that I didn’t have time for this... and the cook STILL kept arguing with me! Ate the burger with an open mind hoping it would be good... but NOPE... burger was awful, fried were COLD, and my dauggter’s corn dog was too hot for her to eat. Even after I gave up and went to eat the burger that I didn’t order, the cook was still upset to where we could hear him until one of the guys from the front told him to go cool off.
