I went to this establishment today after my optometrist appointment which is located next door. I got there right in time as there was no one in the store but me. After I placed my order with Alex whom by the way had a very low voice and I had to ask him to repeat himself several times during my transaction, there was a crowd. Everyone behind me received there food before I did so 20 minutes passed and I inquired about the status of my order which I was told it would be out shortly so I waited another 15 minutes and decided I would just cancel the order but when I asked for a refund the food magically appeared I refused the food because I had to check on my order twice and at this point it was just sitting out being neglected. He then performed the refund and told me that the store got busy as if I wasn’t a paying customer. Read moreI love this place, I always order one of the breakfast items from the mobile app and a coffee. I like to pull up to the drive thru and quickly get my order and go to work. Of course I can go inside and pick up my order, I just like the convenience of the drive thru. One of the employees told me I had to go up to the speaker and tell them I am there. However if there is a line of people waiting to order I would have to wait there and that defeats the purpose of the mobile app. Again today there was a line waiting to order so I drove up to the window. She was extremely rude to me and told me to go to the speaker. I tried to explain that it doesn't make sense what she is asking and she shut the door as I was talking. He wasn't so friendly after that and told me that I could only have the original because "the flavors always cost extra" (this was not indicated anywhere on the coupon). I cancel that and order a small iced coffee with coupon.. to which his response was "what flavor would you like?". So, when I'm paying for one and a half drinks, flavors matter, but when I'm getting a completely free drink, I can have whatever I want?
