Culver’s — Restaurant in Eureka

The Manager Tawny doesn't know what 'Down home Hospitality' is!!! She is RUDE and the store doesn't own up to their Moto nor their own mistakes!!! We purchased an order of over $100.00 and didn't receive our whole order. We live approximately 35 to 40 minutes away from Eureka. When we got home we realized we were missing a few of our items we ordered. I call and talked to the manager and they knew exactly what we was missing so he apologized and offered to have us come back that night or he could send coupons. So we opted for the coupons because of living so far away from the store. It took over a month to receive the coupons. We go to order our food and we're told we are not able to redeem the coupons in Eureka we need to go to Crestwood which is even farther! Tawny was rude and unwilling to make their mistake right. There was even another employee that addressed her and asked what was going on and she responded "Don't worry about it" as to say our concerns and issue were nothing. Real hospitality huh?!?!?

I will NO LONGER spend my money at a place where I "Don't Matter" especially when the mistake was on them in the first place. I'm very disappointed in the lack of concern and treatment " Tawny, The General Manager" showed today! Very Unprofessional! Be careful when choosing Culver's of Eureka as a place to patronize. You might NOT get all you ordered and trying to get Tawny to do her JOB and make things right is quite impossible. Because it seems "Customers Just Don't Matte to her!" Bye Culver's you just lost a customer who feels she and her money does matter and moreso, only spends it where it is...

Culver's is an excellent place to eat. I do not say it is cheap. But then again you do get what you pay for. The burgers we're out of this world. They did not have a chemical aftertaste. They had crinkle cut fries which are difficult to cook properly. The fries were definitely crispy on the outside and well-done on the inside. Very filling. The kids chose onion rings as a side. The onion with sweet and the breading on the outside was excellent. They were very happy with the onion rings. The lady at the cash register was most helpful and patient while we made our choice. The employees went out of their way to make sure you had a good dining experience. This may have been a fast food restaurant with sit-down restaurant service. Our food was brought to the table and after we had eaten most of our food someone came and asked if everything was okay, did we need anything. You don't get this kind of service everywhere. The kids are ready want to know when we can go back to Culver's. I am sorry I don't have pictures to post with this but I was awful hungry and got started...

Stopped by this location while visiting from out of town. Ordered a kids meal which is supposed to come with a free ice cream. After finishing our food we came up for the ice cream and were told that we had to DIG the kids meal bag out of the TRASH again and bring it to the register in order to receive my child’s ice cream even though we had our receipt with us and saw the same cashier who took our order when we first walked in. We were not told that having the kids meal bag is required to receive your free ice cream afterward. Never have I visited a place where I had to DIG IN THE TRASH to receive something that came included with my meal. Very disappointed. On my burger I requested pickles and onions. What I received was a burger with cold unmelted cheese, 2 small pickle butts, and a literal chunk of onion. Will not be returning to this location on our next visit and hope others see this review so that they know what to expect on their visit to this...
