Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Eureka

SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE ORDER FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE!! This is absolutely the worst Domino's that exist... probably the worst delivery option of any kind available hands down. I have never ordered from here and not had an issue. Half the time when you call no ones answers the phone the other you regret they did because they will forget something when they finally arrive. Honestly I am writing this review while my call in on speaker not being answered it been 7 minutes. The last time i ordered it took over an hour to arrive and the pizza had been showing "quality check for over 45 minutes on my app. They said there driver just never came back so they got someone else to deliver my order, mind you they know it has been sitting on the self for more than 45 minutes and rather than make a new one they brought the cold order and offered no compensation. Oh and the still forgot the extra garlic sauce. When I called the manager listen to my complaint in great detail from the time to the missing sauce and how this is not the first time. He replied "so you didn't get your sauce.." Unbelievable. Update still no answer nearly 15 minutes since I...

So I don't normally complain about alot, but couldn't resist not to in this instance. First of all they advertise for a free emergency Pizza! when I order my emergency pizza and their website was down so I called them and they were not able to give me my emergency Pizza over the phone and had to be through the website only! Okay whatever ! So I ordered a pizza paid for it when they delivered it, well first, I live in a old house made into 4 individual apartments. So you have to walk in to get to any of the appointments. So when the delivery driver delivered my pizza, they left it outside on the ground in front of the house Didn't even know it was delivered untill I looked at my tracker! I called them, to ask why it was left outside in the yard, they said they are no longer allowedgo inside a building to deliver. If that is not the stupidest thing you have ever head? So Domino's doesn't knock on your door to deliver your pizza anymore??? They can just leave it basically...

I worked at 2 pizza places as a teenager so I’m the last person to criticize what they do… at the same time my daughter and I went in on a Friday night and somehow my online order was overlooked. Everyone in the store was accommodating and one worker in particular (I’m sorry I didn’t get the name) went above and beyond to make my child happy. He overheard her talking about flipping the dough and gave her a small piece to play with while we waited and then gave her a soda to make up for our order being “lost” as we watched everyone else come and go with their orders.
