Imo's Pizza — Restaurant in Eureka

TRAGIC! Ordered our pizza for pick up. Upon pick up we found hair on our pizza. Ew, right? We hadn't even left the parking lot upon our discovery. So, we called from the parking lot and told them about this tragedy. They placed us on hold to 'discuss' the issue after discussing the issue live over the phone. So, we walked in, right? While they had us on hold...lol, because we're like, "why place us on hold?" As we walk in they offer to remake the pizza or give us a refund...mind you, we preordered then now were forced to wait AGAIN. So, we asked them to make it right, because at this point, they inconvenienced our time. We deserved a discount or something, right. Maybe even a free drink while we wait on them to right their wrong, but were denied ANY incentive. Now, we're here....waiting. Plus, my other pizza is in the car getting colder and colder. Should've made them remake them both!!!!!!! Damn it man! They just lost a loyal customer. TRAGIC! Oh, and the manager is poorly trained to handle pressure of customer...

Arrived 10 minutes after the online order tracker said my order was completed, waited inside the restaurant an additional 30 minutes before my food was completed. Probably because they forgot to even make the order after seeing them scramble and start making an order very similar to mine after arriving..

Staff didn’t acknowledge the delay, I didn’t need them to make a big deal about it but I probably wouldn’t have written this review if they at least apologize/ acknowledged it knowing I’ve been there for 30 minutes for a “completed” order.

I try and usually give restaurants the benefit of the doubt and assume they’re overworked, understaffed, but it’s ridiculous how it was marked as completed when it clearly wasn’t. Probably won’t order from this location going further and unless you got time to kill, I wouldn’t...

Sat in dine in for over an hour for one large pepperoni pizza. Every single table was dirty when we walked in, I had to use my own sanitizer wipes to clear off a table for us. The beers were skunky. There was a man wearing a sleeveless shirt in the kitchen walking around drinking fountain soda. Doesn't scream sanitary to me at all. Went to use the women's bathroom during my hour wait, walked out bc it was unusable. I've worked in several restaurants my whole life, still work customer service and I'm sorry, this is unacceptable. There were two teenage boys that looked like they were the only ones with a sense of urgency. And as a matter of fact, one of the teens could see how upset I was and brought us a free dessert.
