JB's Smokehouse — Restaurant in Eureka

I was charged for 8 meals and I ordered 4. On top of that it was literally over an hour wait. I plus numerous families were up at the front demanding to speak with management. I spoke with a small Asian looking man the only employee wearing all red. He said their system went down so they were serving based off of the receipts. They gave everyone the device that vibrates once your food is ready. I spoke with numerous irritated families that had waited longer than we have. I luckily got video and pics of all the chaos. On top of all that they kept taking orders not telling anyone their systems were down and that everyone was waiting for their food. The food had been sitting under the lamp warmers for so long that everything was dried out. Bad service not telling customers there was an issue and they more than likely would have to come up and fight for their food being that their system was down, for was terrible and to top it off I paid literally over $200 for that. I will be sending a nice long in depth video of not only behind the scenes but of the dishonesty of the employees taking the order and the manager just randomly giving food out to whoever had their hands out. terrible service from all aspects, got 12 little strands of pulled pork in between two massive buns when i paid $17 for that sandwich then it costs more to add fries and then when you tell them you want to make it a combo which means add a drink they say that’s not what a combo is and they add a drink separately for $6 for a MEDIUM drink even though it says on the menu “make it a combo, add a drink for 3.99” and i kept saying what the menu said. workers don’t seem to know what they’re doing and yes i’m aware it’s six flags so it’s not going to be cheap but that’s outrageous. the person i went with also got a pulled pork sandwich and his was filled with pork, so they’re inconsistent and when i brought my sandwich back up to them they tried charging me for “extra” even though mine had nothing on it!! they ended up just giving me a little more pulled pork on it but the whole meal was mediocre and cafeteria style...

The overall atmosphere was decent, but when we got there, there was soda on the floor in the waiting line. Our order was taken quickly, but the wait was absolutely RIDICULOUS!!! Three groups of people (2 of them fairly big maybe 4-6 people) had received their food before us and they got there AFTER we had ordered AND had been seated. Not to mention they had time to eat AND leave. Overall we waited 1 hrs and 15 minutes. After about an hour my friend and I walked up to the desk and asked about the status of our order, and the employee speaking with us said "Did it buzz?"
