Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Eureka

Update: The pizza, an All-Meat, was absolutely yummy. Great crazy bread too.

Arrived here at 11:05 on a Friday. No one else was in the facility. I didn't mind waiting, as the only associate I could see was cutting pizza. He let me know he would be with me. 8 minutes later, DoorDash pickup arrived. He conducted that order. Still hadn't taken my order. I've been inside the building roughly 8-10 minutes, by the point. Someone else entered the building; smart enough to have made their order ahead of time. They got their pizza(s) = 3. At 13 minutes in the building, he finally took my order. Mind you, about 6 minutes in, he asked order (so he knew I wanted a all meat pizza), but it was never started. My order wasn't ready for another 20 minutes, however. I understand how food works and baking time. However, from the time I walked into the building (which I was the only person in), to the time I walked...

HOSTILE MANAGEMENT!!! Went here with my boyfriend and spent $20 on pizza and was given 4 Parmesan packets for 2 pizzas. We asked for more and instead of diffusing the situation the “manager” James was immediately confrontational and explained that it’s his rule he can only give 2 packets per pizza because the small packets, which do not adequately cover one slice let alone the whole pizza mind you, costs them a lot of money. Other little ceasers locations I have been too across California seem to not have this problem. We returned the pizza and the manager continued to be hostile asking us to leave when we tried to calmly ask for a complaint number about the stores policy going so far as to almost yell at us to leave the store; we were not rude and did not raise our voice at any time. SPEND YOUR MONEY...

The customer service is terrible here now with the new staff, they placed me on “hold” with the phone line still active I could hear him standing around talking to his coworkers making jokes , I heard him help 2 customers before I hung up and called back to be placed on “hold” again, he told the customer it would be about 20 minutes for their pizza, I asked for a “hot and ready” I was told it would be 45 minutes, the whole point of little Cesar’s is it being “hot and ready” I could literally go to any other pizza place for that let alone that a hot and ready is $10 now , worst...
