Wendy's — Restaurant in Eustis

These past few weeks coming to this spot has been stressful. These employees have been giving horrible services and the worst attitude! They wont let you finish your sentence when you ordering before they say with an attitude “anything else?” When you ask them a question they will bluntly ignore you and pass you your items and slam their windows in your face! Not even a thank you have a good day! Im so over customer service in this generation. Theres a few of them, one in particular today her name is Jean, she had a very vibrant PINK WIG. She was straight giving attitude! I asked her for extra ice on my coke and there was only like 5 ice cubes so when I asked nicely for a separate cup of ice she gave me a smaller cup with 5 ice cubes! Im beyond disappointed! Fast food service is going down hill soon if they dont do proper training! Im not rooting for robots to take over the industry but at this point, with this inappropriate services, might as well someone send corporate number!...

Not a good day for takeout at this Wendy's today. Very disappointed in the quality of the food, and the lack of attention given to the order. Spicy Chicken sandwiches were cold and old. Both bowls of chili were basically tomato soup with chopped tomatoes and onions. Very little ground beef, and ONE chili bean in both soups! What is that? I attached pictures because it's just bizarre. The only enjoyable food items were the 2 Frosties, one chocolate and one vanilla. My suggestion to everyone is to check your take-out order before you leave, even if it means digging through the bag in front of the employees. My husband is too embarrassed to do this, and blindly trusts that the order will be correct. It usually isn't at this Wendy's. We've had enough problems here to the point that we look for another Wendy's or go to Sonic or Culver's, their competitors. Sorry!...

Really discouraged to write this but some say reviews are how people better their business. Ordered a #3 combo with sweet tea and a double cheese burger with no mayo. I was told over the drive thru speaker the sweet tea was nasty and there wasn't enough time to make anymore, I ordered a lemonade instead. Got to the window to pay and was asked to pull to the side because they were waiting on the meat . Odd but okay I pulled over , the employee brought my food to me with a cigarette in her mouth. Not very presentable none the less I took the food and left. Got home less than five min away and the fries were cold and rubbery, the meat wasn't cooked thoroughly and ended up discarding the food and eating cherrios for dinner. Lol. Took pictures of the raw meat. May go show the manager tomorrow may not. Defiantly not going back to...
