Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Evanston Township

Whoever is in charge needs to check this store, I asked for a milkshake and they straight up just say we don't have. no explainations, no alternate suggestions, they just didn't want to take the time to make the milkshake. the ice cream is there, the blender is there, the fridge with what I assume has the milk is there(and they are right beside a grocery[valli] store too, just in case) , and clearly power is not out. last time I went there they made it and I could see some of the staff shaking their head like "no no" perhaps they didn't want people to expect their milkshakes to be available and the guy messed up by actually accepting the order. I work down the street, and stop here rather than to go to the one further down the street. Unfortunately the service isn't good, it's never busy yet it takes more time than it should to get your coffee. I have complained before when I was given old coffee, how can a Cappuccino taste stale? Another time I was given just boiled milk instead of the coffee I ordered and had to go back, wasted my time, and now within the past couple of days, I gave it another try and I ordered once again a Cappuccino and it was made with spoiled milk. I usually don’t leave reviews but this time I felt like I had too. I ordered a custom ice cream cake on the website and made sure I ordered it 2 days in advance because that’s how long it said on the website it takes to make it. It even said it would be ready at a certain time but when I got there they said they never made it. They had it ready the next day but when I finally cut into it and had a piece it was mostly ice cream and just a thin piece of cake which I didn’t really like. It wasn’t half ice cream and half cake like I wanted. So my advice is don’t order a cake from here. My experience wasn’t very good....
