What can I say, I've gone to lots of retail stores around the Midwest and I can truly say that this place is top 5 on my list. The atmosphere inside this lovely location is truly comfortable makes you feel like you're at home. The employees are. not your average employees, their ability to give out Top-tier service is out of this world. Prices are very good and some are actually very reasonable. I've been coming here since March purchasing pens! It was suggested that I try the URB brand and I did! It was 6 grams for 40 dollars. After a week it stopped working. The inside turned nasty and black! I attempted to return it and was given the Mgr number! I called him and explained to him. He hung up on me and I called 2 more times he didn't answer! That's really bad for business DO NOT SHOP HERE...THEY DONT STAND BY...
