First I asked if there were any other whopper specials besides the 2 for $6. I then decided to place my order without onions, tomatoes, and pickles. I asked if I could purchase one 2 for$6 at $3 and was told I could purchase the one Whopper at $5 and change. I decided to continue with the 2 for$6 and have a fish as my second option only after repeating the no tomatoes, onions, and pickles. When repeated, "so you want only pickles, onions, and tomatoes?" 🤦🏾‍♀️ "No." I said. I repeated and added the fish. "Come to the window" - I guess I don't get to have anything else. 💁🏾‍♀️

At the window: "May I speak to the manager?" Manage: It's me. Me: What was the problem? So I guess I don't get to have anything else? Whatever happened to have it your way? Manager: Well we can't hear you all out there. Me: I guess not. 😷 Oh, and don't spit...

So this trip to Burger King started in the normal way. We entered the parking lot in the car and pulled up to the drive through. Business as usual. The pick up window is where this visit went off course. The seemingly normal guy at the window asked how many ketchup packets we wanted. How nice! Even better, he insisted on asking repeatedly exactly how many we wanted. I usually just say "a bunch" so I don't appear picky and to be quick. Very pleased to have found someone that understood that I have very specific ketchup to food ratio needs, I asked for the seven ketchup packets I required to complete my meal. We went back to work, rather eager to begin our fine meal, and horrifically find there to be nine ketchup packets. The severity of this error as how it has affected my life has...

I've been going to this location for a long time. The staff has always been kind and professional. My issue which occurred today was one of sanitation. I witnessed the drive thru associate take my money in cash to then provide me with my respective change in cash while proceeding to walk over to the food area and gather then bag my food. I was disgusted. Monetary forms of payment collected have exchanged hands 1000+ times which carries all sorts of germs etc. For that same person to touch my food and then hand it to me right afterward without putting on gloves or washing their hands is unacceptable and not cleanly. Management needs to address and rectify this...
