Evanston Plaza — Local services in Evanston Township

This mini mall has several stores. My main store here is Valli grocery store. The mini mall also has a pet store, fitness store, play it against sports, goodwill, Dollar tree, AutoZone, Evanston School of dance, and so many more other stores and restaurants on the edges of the mall. There's always a place to park in valli they have their handicap parking handicap accessible entrances and bathrooms in the store. Valli has some of the freshest fruit and vegetables. They have aged meats, and fresh fish. They have a sushi section in the store. They always have great deals. I find their prices to be cheaper than Jewel osco. The manager is always there every day and can answer any questions or solve any problems that have to do with his store. He's a very nice man. The employees are also as knowledgeable. They know where everything is. They help you the most that they can. The lines can be long sometimes but they always open up new registers so that it's not as bad as it was. Valli is not a late night grocery store. They close at 9:00 so if you need something after 9:00 you'll have to go...

I am really impressed by this place! I've traveled to many indoor play places and Kids Empire is at the top of the list for me. I haven't seen this set up at any play places I've gone to. The slides are amazing. The PINK one is no joke! I expected to sit down and watch my little one play. Ha! I played till the end! The best part is that it's LOCAL!!!!! No traveling an hour away to indoor playgrounds. Another best part is adults are free! Kids pay $15.00 and on Friday- Sunday they're open until 10pm. Can you believe it! For the night owls! The plaza is great attraction for Evanston & I visit many of the places here. Valli foods is it's main place, a family owned company that offers the biggest produce selection I've ever seen. Things from all around the world, some things you'll never see in any large company grocery store. They've got 2 pizza joints, Dollar Tree, AutoZone, Goodwill, Physical Therapy, Sports shop, Gym, Pet Supplies, Jamaican Restaurant, Subway, Dunking Donuts, I may be missing one or 2.
