Trust me when I say that this place doesn't even deserve one star. The staff is extremely rude. I had the worst experience and unfortunately talking to other parents I found out that I was not the only one. The manager Britney was extremely disrespectful and rude. We had booked a birthday party with them and my son needed to pee as soon as we got in and I told Britney that my son needs to pee and she goes like well you need to pay the deposit first and then fill out the waiver BEFORE YOUR SON USE THE BATHROOM. My son told her that he has filled out the waiver online and then Britney took her sweet time finding it and then teaching her staff how to look for it. At this point I was getting frustrated. Anyways they finally opened the door so my son could go pee and while I was escorting him Britney tried to stop me and said I need to look up your waiver and I looked at her and told her I need to take my son to the bathroom. I took my son to the bathroom and walked back to her in 30 seconds and Miss Britney started screaming and yelling that YOU IGNORED ME AND NOW YOU CANNOT ATTEND YOUR SON's birthday!! I was like what did you just say, did you just say that u can't attend my son's birthday because I took him to the bathroom because I didn't want him to pee in his pants on his birthday. And she said " YES THATS WHAT I AM SAYING " and after that it was a back and forth argument and she said she 'll call the police and I told her you 'll call the police because I took my son to the bathroom?? I told her I need to talk to your manger to which she arrogantly replied I am the manager. Anyways I took a step back since we were stuck we already paid 400$ and party guests were on their way. My husband deaccelerated the situation since our kids were with us. I was so frustrated that I was shaking. Anyways this didn't stop here. No balloons were provided. They brought the pizza 15 minutes after our party started and told us that they can't put it in an oven to keep it warm. So we were forced to serve it to the kids. No one served it. On top of that no snacks no candy , nothing was given. No water bottles no apple juice. Basically nothing as advertised on the website was done. To be honest I would have tolerated everything but the rudeness and disrespect and that too in front of your kids specially when it's their birthday is something very low. This lady was having a bad day or something but it had nothing to do with me or my kid. We didn't deserve this treatment after paying 400$. I won't be stepping a foot in there ever again and if you don't want to have a horrible experience for your kids big day...
Read moreJust had my daughter's 4th birthday party here and it was amazing! Everyone from ages 1-50 had a blast! From the point where we were just contemplating on booking the party, to a couple weeks prior to, and during the time of the party, Millie, the manager was super helpful. He was always willing to answer any questions that we had and explained everything thoroughly with a friendly voice.
During the time of the party, Millie and Kierre, our designated party coordinator (pronounced like Pierre but with a "K") were very attentive to our needs and made sure everything was going well. They were super nice! We went with the full birthday party package that included 3 hours of unlimited play for both the kids and adults, unlimited drinks that consisted of pop, juice, and water, your choice of a vanilla or chocolate birthday cake, balloons, partyware, goody bags for all the kids, pizza, and a scan card so that the kids can ride the go carts! It was an awesome deal! I wanted a birthday party for my daughter that was fun but I also didn't want to deal with too much details. The staff at Kids Empire took great care of us and I was able to enjoy my kid's party unlike previous parties I threw where I was stuck being the hostess.
Now the fun part. All of the kids and parents had a great time! The venue itself was super spatious and very clean. No one past the gate entrance is allowed to have shoes on. With me being Asian, that's how you keep things clean! The giant web and maze of jungle gyms were super fun, sturdy, and safe for kids of all ages. They had netting everywhere and everything was padded. I felt safe letting my 4 year old and her guest run wild and they all had a great time.
Kids Empire had 3 different kind of slides of which both young and old can definitely enjoy. I know myself and all the parents that were at our party could not resist them. I also loved that the jungle gym had tall ceilings and parents who went after their child in there did not have to worry about crouching down low and breaking their backs lol.
Overall, I was very satisfied with the whole party/event. We will definitely be coming back. My 4 year old is already asking when we can come back and my 14 year old is now wanting her next party there haha.
Thank you Kids Empire for an...
Read moremy kiddos had a fun time, but the overall experience was a no for me. it’s very dirty inside. if you have dust allergies as I do I wouldn’t recommend going. my last trip we got there maybe 30ish minutes after it opened. few people there. the bathrooms were filthy. pee on seats, toilet paper everywhere. so whoever is closing or opening isn’t doing their job. clumps of hair everywhere. very dusty. dirty bandaids. some of the equipment was broken. trying to climb up and a slot of wood is missing from the stairs and things like that. it was very off putting. kind of wanted my money back, because I’m not even in a clean facility with employees doing their job so what exactly am I paying for? when I went it wasn’t too busy maybe 30ish or so children. but you can clearly tell it’s understaffed.
**a side note. I as do some of my kids have a peanut allergy which is the second biggest allergy. a reaction can be caused by smell touch or taste. I feel like peanut products should not be allowed for the safety of everyone. I know outside food they say is not allowed. (people do it anyway, which I get not a huge deal with safe foods) we actually had to end our visit because for me I walked past a table the smell of nuts hit me which started my reaction. but the child who was eating this sandwich was also playing and eating touching EVERYTHING with his peanut butter hands and young children are constantly putting their hands etc in their mouths. it just wasn’t safe which sucks
**also PARENTS, GUARDIANS, CHILDCARE WORKERS please WATCH your children. I’m not saying follow them around the whole time or anything like that. but regulate what they’re doing. especially if your children are older. they tend to be a tad bit more aggressive and aren’t always aware or care that they are harming the younger kids there. please step in when...
