I have just had the worst experience ever ordering a pizza on line. I just arrived in Evanston Wy and tried to order a pizza for delivery . The "manager" Josh took the call. I asked him how he was doing. I guess he must have had a poor day as it was reflected in his snide, snotty attitude. One of his first questions was to ask for the Motel's phone number. When I didn't have it readily available even though I was looking for something that had it written on it, he snarkily told me that if I didn't have the number he couldn't deliver. So I told him I would Google it. As I was doing that he disconnected the phone...I guess he was out of patience in 10 seconds. I called back 2 more times. Once when I read him the phone number, he said the phone cut out so he didn't hear it, the disconnected me again. I called back. I read him my credit card...oh then it was me going too fast for him. So I read it slowly. He asked me to repeat and I placed my order. He disconnected again. I called back again. He told me my credit card was declined. By this time I was furious and told him to F off, and where to go. I did check to see if there was a problem with my card....nope still had plenty of room. I will never again attempt to order Dominoes knowing their "managers" treat customers in such an unseemly manner. I only left 1 star because I couldn't post this without at least one. They...
Read moreThe manager Nicole, was extremely rude when I call and asked if my order was still being delivered. I tried to tell her that it has been over a hour. However before I could finish she began to yell at me over the phone I couldn't even understand what all she was yelling. I then tried to tell her what I was trying to say and also told her to stop yelling at me. She then hung up on me. My wife called from her phone and the manager Nicole picked and didn't even say Dominos. Nicole picked the phone and then continued to talk in the back ground then hung up. We tried several more times only to be hung up on.nicole is a very immature person that has no social skills. The other staff there said that I am not the only one that has had issues with Nicole and that we should contact her boss. I then went up there to see what the issue was with our order. Read moreOn New Years Eve we ordered two pizzas, two cheesy breads and a soda. We received all our food but it was all burned and dried out. We called to let the store know, and since my husband and I both have worked in the service industry, we wanted to be understanding that it was a busy holiday. We told them we didn’t need a replacement that night, it was already 11:30 or so at night, so the worker offered for our next order to be on Dominoes. Tonight we called to place an order and told them about our last experience and the woman that answered the phone said she could not offer us that credit, that the most she could offer is one free pizza. Honestly, if they couldn’t uphold a whole free order, the first guy shouldn’t have offered that. I’ve included pictures to show how burned and dried out the pizza was in a $40 order.
