Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Evansville

Drive through ordered a wrap(as it comes) #11 (as it comes) was asked if I wanted hot peppers I said no, bag of chips, 20 Oz coke and LG cherry coke with 1/2 a pickle. I pay, hands me my order, bottle of coke is hot so asked for cup of ice, gave me cup no lid or straw. I noticed he did not put pickle in bag , he said I didn't order a pickle so I paid for pickle. I said half he said 1/4, I said HALF, again he said 1/4 and charged me as such. Idk but 1/4 & 1/4 = 1/2 in my math. Left, got to where I was going...NO PICKLE! I CALLED AND went back, same guy says "you forgot your pickle! I said no, you forgot to give me my pickle, so they gave me a whole pickle. KUDOS! Get down The road, take a bite and HOT peppers are on my sandwich. I called AGAIN, told manager in these words " there are frickin hot peppers on my sandwich" she told me to stop cussing at her (I don't consider frickin a cuss word) and speak to GM tomorrow and hung up. Only thing I can figure is they have someone new or something else on drive thru. I will talk to GM and expect a refund for the sandwich. I'd see if I ordered a special sandwich but just ordered by number and they messed up not once but twice and my coke was Hot! I did not cuss at the manager I said frickin! Just not that hard to make a sandwich....maybe for some people it is. Frustrated as all get out. But did have a good laugh after, at how "simple" some people are. Won't go...

This location just can’t keep it together. Only place that I order a sandwich that doesn’t come with mayonnaise but yet somehow they find a way to saturate the entire piece of bread in Mayo. It’s been wrong countless times. if I do end up returning, I don’t plan on ordering, I’ll just accept whatever they make I suppose.

Went back with my 10 dollar GC I got from corporate. First off, she isn’t paying attention and hands me a bag that’s definitely not my order. So the people behind me with 6 sandwiches had to wait for theirs to be remade since I took that one and got 10 feet away. Then when the “correct” order gets home guess what? The sandwich that doesn’t come with Mayo is covered again. Also why is the cut sandwich in half still an option? Your employees don’t even know that option.

2 days in a row we visited Jimmy John's on st joe ave. 2 days in a row our orders were screwed up. Ordered a #2 on sliced wheat bread with bbq chips and a Sprite. Got coke, regular chips and the sandwich was on a bun. Day 2, ordered a #2 on sliced wheat bread with a coke and bbq chips. Recieved a coke with little ice, regular chips and a sandwich on a bun. Asked them to remake the sandwich and watched as they opened sandwich and poured the contents onto sliced bread and cut it and wrapped it leaving deep fingerprints in sandwich. Afraid to ask for new chips as the girl with Purple hair already had an attitude with us. Probably won't be back. Hardee's is right across the street and little ceasers is next door. I hope they never get real jobs with real stress. Customers deserve...
